Reviewed By A6649XEemmacJust returned from a week here with friends and family and although overall had a lovely holiday there were lots of points that let this hotel down. Service was hit and miss - we felt like most of the time we were looking to get the attention for someone to serve us whether this be by the poolside or in the restaurants. Often orders would be incorrect when they did arrive, one morning we asked 3 different staff members for our breakfast order to later discover it had not been put through at all - we eventually got our breakfast 45 minutes later. The food choice for evening meals is very limited for a 5* hotel and we very quickly got bored with what was on offer. The hotel is very focused on it’s image when more focus should be on consistent service. The hotel is in a a lovely location it’s very scenic with great sea views but there isn’t a great deal to do in the area. The rooftop pool is beautiful for a day visit. We wouldn’t personally stay for longer than a day or 2 again.

Catalonia Royal Ses Estaques enjoys a wonderful view over the sea. It is a quiet and elegant establishment, opened in 2017 for people over 16 years. The hotel is located in the center of the fishing village of Santa Eulària des Riu on the seafront and next to the marina and the Palacio de Congresos. Its 39 rooms are spacious, comfortable and all have a balcony or terrace with sea views. The hotel has two swimming pools, a cocktail bar on the terrace and a chill out area with hammocks and Balinese beds.

Reviewed By Madiha AHad a great stay at Me Ibiza with my family and friends, we had 4 children in our party and i noticed a previous review online was posted about how the hotel was not suitable for children and as such going i was unsure what our experience will be like but in all honestly the hotel is amazing, extremely child friendly, we had a 9 month old and 11 and 13 year old and they all had a brilliant time including us. I would highly recommend the hotel, it has a beautiful vibe, very child friendly, the facilities are amazing, the staff is super friendly, the music by the poolside is wow. I can't wait to go back again, I am in love with ME ibiza.

Help Yourself bar and snacks available most of the day. Hotel is a little out the way but we don’t mind as we like to walk.

The quality of the meat and fish could have been better for main dishes. However overall the hotel is quiet and classy which enabled us the chillax so we had a fab holiday.

Reviewed By Quest90209Really had a great stay at the AluaSoul, hotel is fantastic, food, staff, rooms, location all great and really clean. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels daily and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this hotel, this was my second stay and I would stay again. Staff go beyond making you welcome, they even delivered a bottle of champagne for our anniversary to our room free of charge which was a great surprise. Thank you so much AluaSoul for a lovely stay

Reviewed By T3440GJpatriciaoRooms were too small. Not enough clothing space. Don't think the bed was changed in the 9 nights we were there. So let down by the nightly entertainment, it was diabolical for kids and adults. Never stayed in a hotel where the entertainment was so bad. Went out at night because we couldn't stand the noise from the entertainment area.

Superb 5* Santa Eulalia hotel - already booked to go back in July
Reviewed By U1077QSjohnpWe stayed for a week in mid may. Initial impressions on arrival were very good, calm relaxed lobby with staff who were attentive with bags and welcome drink. We'd booked a premium room but it was at the rear of the hotel and reception offered the option of a cost upgrade to a corner suite with marina views. After viewing both rooms, we chose the latter and it was superb in terms of space, design, fittings and facilities. Loved the pool area outside in the garden and only used the roof pool on our last day. It never seemed to get too busy and staff were always on hand for drinks, food or even putting up umbrellas. No need to reserve sunbeds and plenty of towels available. Good food at the outdoor restaurant but pricy as you'd expect for a 5 star hotel, somewhere nice to chill in the shade. Only mild criticism would be the breakfast service, sometimes i t seemed a bit confused, eg getting coffee without milk when you'd asked for milk, or the eggs benedict coming out from the kitchen luke warm This wasn't every day and it didn't spoil the stay but some improvements could be made, eg take the coffee order when they sit you at a table straight away. Hotel location great, at the end of the marina, a few hundred yards walk to restaurants and then a bit further to the main strip of Santa Eulalia. No problems with noise at night. Really enjoyed our stay and we're pretty fussy guests but don't recognize most of the comments in the earlier 1* review - so what if all lifts don't go to the roof?! Was looking for another hotel in Ibiza or Majorca for a 5 day break in July but didn't see anything appealing enough so we've booked again at the Aguas. Can't wait to go back.

Air-conditioned rooms are spacious and bright, and include a TV, safe, kettle, hairdryer and free WiFi. Restaurant offers a breakfast and dinner buffet, and both international and local cuisine. Guests will also find a pool bar serving snacks and cocktails, also a lounge bar. Hotel Anfora Ibiza has luggage and courtesy rooms where you can shower on check-out day and leave luggage. Punta Arabi Hippy Market are just 500 m from the hotel and Cala nova and Cala Martina are just 1 km from the hotel. Sant Eulalia can be reached in a 10-minute drive, while Ibiza Airport is 40 minutes away by car.

Reviewed By Sophie JJust back from 5 days at the lovely, Anfora. The hotel reminded me of fresh linen- everywhere was so crisp, bright and clean. I loved how light and bright everywhere was in the communal areas and the rooms. The breakfast was fabulous, everything you could possibly want to eat. It was relaxed and efficient. There are 2 pools, we only frequented the one at the book of the property. It was beautiful, and we were able to get a bali bed everyday. At times the music from the bar was a little too loud. The hotel is in a superb location, 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants along the beach. There were a few minor grumbles- the wardrobes are bizarre and do not even accommodate the length of a shirt never mind a dress, very odd design. Drinks are excessively over priced, A small water was €3.50 as opposed to 45 cents at the supermarket down the road. Overall, absolutely loved the hotel; perfect for a few days of flop and drop. Be aware there is loud music at night from a nearby hotel but it goes off at 11pm.
