Wow, this is one the best hotels I have ever stayed at, wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms perfect in style and size and with amazing views. The breakfast is awesome, so much choose you will always find something delicious to eat; and the pool it is like your own little beach club. But best of all are the staff! They make this hotel the special place it is. They are so kind, considerate and always willing to help and do that little bit extra. The Bellevue bar and Hayaca restaurant were fantastic, the drinks and food there were amazing and Laura and Victor were simply phenomenal. Thank you! I can't to come back again later this year, I am already planning my trip. 5 stars all the way!

Excellent resort, beautiful location, great facilities, all laid out very well. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious drinks and very good food. Didn't try all the dinner options in the end but heard good things. Breakfast is delicious with a gorgeous view. Beds are so comfy, and sun loungers. Cab situation if going back and forth from hotel is tricky - not allowed to book ahead but timings could range from 15 mins to 1.5 hours for availability when you're ready to go. Hard to judge and to book meals out unless going earlier than necessary. Loved the stay and would love to go back.

Occidental Ibiza

Family friendly Hotel

Reviewed By devom450

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Ibiza, we stayed in the Occidental and loved it, we were all inclusive and it was worth every penny, food and drinks supplies were decent quality and there was a vast array of choices at breakfast lunch and dinner! The Hotel is a 25 min walk from the centre of San Antonio but a taxi is roughly 10 euros or there’s a bus service for only €3 each way, there’s a lovely beach only 3 mins walk away which has restraints and bars along it! Would highly recommend the Hotel, not many negatives from our stay although one thing I would change is a strict no towels on sunloungers rule as every time we went to the pool it was difficult to find a place to sit and we noticed a lot of them were unoccupied all day but had towels on them! But this happens most places, just very annoying !!

Paradiso Ibiza Art Hotel

We are located on the main avenue of San Antonio Bay, in an idyllic enclave near the best beaches on the island. Our hotel seeks to be scoundrel and transgressor, from the aesthetic approach to the content that we will develop within. We want to surprise you, seduce you and fall in love so that you return again and again to the Paradiso.

Great hotel, nice location if you don’t want to be right on the strip

12 of us stayed here for a Hen Do, is a beautiful hotel, really chilled vibes, perfect for our occasion! We booked 3 suites but when we arrived at midnight 2 of our suites weren’t available so we got put in to double rooms instead, which was fine because we just had a few drinks locally then crashed but meant we were hanging around the next morning waiting to change rooms again. They did give us all complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and a free cocktail however so not complaining. The breakfast was great, great selection of cold food, fruits, cheeses etc. Good service around the pool, some of the staff could of been a bit friendlier, even if they didn’t speak English, a smile is a smile. Just beware of the €4 bottles of water! They handed them out when we arrived, not mentioning we were going to be charged for them on our room. There is a shop across the road however and a fridge in the room. There’s a ferry that goes across to San Antonio every half hour, just 4 mins away from the hotel, that was really handy although taxis into San Antonio were only about €10. Great little Irish bar just up the road!! Live music, had a banging night in there after we got back from the strip about midnight on the Saturday. All in all I give Ibiza a 10/10 ?

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Reviewed By Amelia2003

As the hotel is a 3 star I didn’t expect it to be amazing however it was awful. The all inclusive is literally a scam, you get a tiny list of drinks to chose from and the cocktails come out of a machine. They basically have no alcohol in them. The rest of the drinks are watered down and if you want anything else like a branded spirit you have to pay, which defeats the whole point of an all inclusive. The choice of ice creams and lollies is about 4 and they are the cheapest worst ones, they keep all of the nicer ones in another freezer that is locked and you also have to pay for them which is disgusting. The food is terrible, particularly for a vegetarian, the only bearable things were pizza and chips which I was sick of after 10 days. My partner eats meat however he said all of it except the chicken was awful so we both basically lived off plain rice, chips and pizza (which wasn’t even very nice). There was also so many people helping themselves to the buffet without the all inclusive wrist bands on, so it clearly isn’t monitored at all. I’m not sure why they bothered as if I was offered the food for free I’d still say no. The room was average but not the best, the shower curtain rail isn’t secured on so kept falling off, the air conditioner dial was broken and the shower head holder wasn’t fitted right so the shower wouldnt stay in one place. My partner literally touched the shelf in the bathroom and it fell off the wall, smashing 2 glasses all over the floor. We went to reception straight away as there was glass everywhere and weren’t even given an apology for the problems with the room, instead they sent someone to clean the glass up but when we got back there was still glass so we took the shards of glass to reception to show them that it was still dangerous and they sent someone again. In fairness, they did come back the next day to fix the air con and shower but it would have been nice to have been given an apology at the least. The pool is ridiculously deep, I am about 5’5 and I could only stand on my very tip toes at the shallow end, so it is no good for kids around 10, who are too old for the baby pool but can’t stand up at all in the main pool. The hotel is in San Antonio bay, you have to get a water taxi to the busier places (which is £4 per trip, which definitely adds up) and the local area around the hotel is okay but not the best. Good for a family with young kids but not really for younger people who want to go out. I wish I had done some more research into the area but as it says it is in San Antonio I assumed it would be busier. The only good thing about the hotel is the view which is stunning and there is a nice seating area where you can have drinks and watch the sunset with a DJ every night. Overall I wouldn’t go back ever and would 100% not go all inclusive as it isn’t worth it at all.

Pleasant Stay

Reviewed By nadineemma

Had a four night stay here at the end of September hotel is basic but clean. Bathroom could have done with a bit of attention and sofa was very stained, but I liked the free air conditioning and safety deposit box always a bonus. This hotel would really benefit from a pool bar for drinks and snacks but never a problem getting a sunbed. Would have returned here but when I look for this year it is now listed as a VIBE hotel so no thanks.

Amazing place to stay. Definitely my favourite accomodation out of all the 5 places I stayed on the island. Staff are amazing and the service is fantastic. Everyone is so helpful. The restaurant, drinks and spa are amazing. The mango mojito is the bees knees! Rooms are also beautiful. Going back in August and staying here again.
