You shouldn't mention that you have a restaurant if you don't have a "normal" one, where a chef is preparing the dishes.

We were staying in the hotel and eating in the restaurant for 2 nights. This morning (30.12) we wanted to sleep a bit longer as we had a long drive ahead. At 8:30 in the morning the sewage machine arrived outside of our windows and started to make unbearable noise and smell went into the room, as windows were open during the night. It wasn’t possible to sleep or stay in the room with this conditions. We reported this to the women at the reception (she refused to tell us her name and we had to take a photo of her to identify in case if goes further). She replied that this is the restaurant and it’s not her problem. We asked to call the hotel managed - answer was no, she informed us that manager will come by 11:00. We asked to call restaurant manager and the answer was no. Then she informed us that hotel manager will not come at all. This situation is totally unacceptable - I have an agreement with the hotel to provide accommodation and it was unusable this morning. The attitude of the person was below every hospitality standards. As a proof, I have a video of the truck with the sound outside of the hotel entrance. I would be happy to share it with you. In this circumstances I refuse to pay the full cost of the accommodation and will wait for the reimbursement from your side. In addition, I am informing Booking.com and Best Western HQ about this situation. We are very sorry that this situation is coming to this. We tried to find the reasonable solution with the receptionist, but it wasn’t possible to get any adequate response/ support from her. In addition to this note - there were two hotel staff smoking outside of the back entrance without the masks which made it impossible to use the alternative entrance to the facility. Reviewed By SotonRangerAs part of a Battlefield coach trip we stayed at the Holiday Inn whilst studying the raid on St Nazaire. As locations go we could not have asked for more a literal stone’s throw not only from the submarine pens but also a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. You are also a short walk from where the action took place itself. Despite being so close to amenities the hotel was very quiet and you did not hear anything once in our room. In our room we had a wetroom, which I understand from other guests was the exception not the norm. It would indeed be ideal for someone with mobility issues. There was a good sized comfortable bed and a TV with good selection of channels. It was clean, well fitted out and as mentioned, quiet. Breakfast in the morning was a continental affair with plenty of cold meats, bread and cereals. I don’t believe they do evening meals but with plenty of opportunities in the local area this is not an issue. The staff were friendly and also spoke good English. Very much enjoyed our short stay there.

Reviewed By 338nickyhStayed in this hotel for business and needed to stay two days longer as previous foreseen. According desk lady hotel was fully booked and additional stay not possible. After checking some bookingssites there were options and could extend the stay with the additional days. After a friendly reminder at the desk bout these options, there was no answer what made sense. Also it seems the cleaning lady is not vaccinated at all. I was very surpised and not comfertable with the idea she was all over the place ..... Not very happy with the situation at all! Not worth the 4 star rating.

Reviewed By ger_in_clareThere's nothing really wrong with the hotel. It's a good concept: you're on a budget, but you still want to travel, so you stay here and, well, you get what you pay for. If the toilets were in the rooms, it would just make life easier. We thought we'd try the hotel because it was just so cheap, but the toilet situation was too stressful, with 3 kids. And in fairness, France has a lot of options with cheap accommodation, so it's not really worth it to bunk in with the truckies and travelling salesmen and, er, fellas with their tiny overnight bags taking their girlfriends for a ... fling ... Location was handy to St Nazaire and surrounds (by car) but we were pretty happy to leave!! Experiment over!

The hotel is on the border of St. Nazaire, within walking distance of a shopping area and mall, the beach and other places. The room was clean, but small, which didn't really matter to me. They only serve breakfast, hence it is it is a B&B, with a lot of choice with food and drinks.. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

I had to go on the parking lot at 1:30 am to ask to stop the loud music. Won't be staying there for sure except I have the guaranty it won't be that noisy at night.

The most horrible hotel room in my 40 years of travelling
Reviewed By Phil063325All hotels at Pontchateau were fully booked because of a golf tournament, that's why my customer checked me in in this hotel because there was nothing else. I am travelling for more than 40 years all over the world and I have never seen anything like this, even not in Pakistan or Bangladesh. This place is horrible. Should have been closed many years back, I don't know why they keep a place like this open. Even urine coming out from a leaking toilet. The hotel gerant didn't even look up from his laptop when I complained. He was not interested, brutal, and only occupied with his laptop. And, a GSM mast a 4 meters from your room. Du jamais vu, il faut le faire. Never, never go there. It is suicidal.

I like Premiere Classe, generally you get what you expect, a clean en suite room, with a choice of whether to have a breakfast or not. This one is €33.60 on a pre paid basis without breakfast. The hotel is on an out of town shopping complex, so there are plenty of restaurants around.
