Reviewed By ColintooObviously it’s a budget hotel so it is not going to be anything other than basic and it isn’t. It wasn’t exactly cheap either but this was high season. The location is ok but it’s a good 15 minute walk to the town centre otherwise there is a fast food place nearby but not much else. The room is standard budget hotel and the bed was comfortable and clean. The room itself was a bit scruffy and not that clean if you looked closely. The reception and breakfast area did not look or smell very appealing and we passed on breakfast. The hotel served its purpose as somewhere for one night at a reasonable price but if I were to return to Saint Cyr sur mer I would find somewhere else to stay.

Thought the hotel inside is clean and room very neat is really unfortunate that this hotel doesn’t have the care deserved The 16€ breakfast is a disaster: no choice no quality food but the restaurant has an amazing potential. Please Accord Hotel buy this hotel and make it GREAT again

Right on the beach
Reviewed By DaveNKentI stayed at this hotel several times in the 1990s. There is a new couple running it but not much else has changed. The hotel is only a few steps from the beach and our room had a balcony overlooking the sea which was lovely. The efficient air-conditioning was a welcomed bonus. The hotel has some reserved, and secure, spaces in a nearby carpark. There are three types of breakfast available coting €3.80, €7.00 or €9.50. All are classically continental and the prices mainly reflect the quantities involved. It does look a bit tired but it was clean and the location was everything.

Not just for playing golf
Reviewed By pietrod324This hotel is just in the middle not just of one but two magnificent golf courses (18 and 9 holes - but do not be initimidated, there are practice opportunities and lessons available for novices - Quentin was especially nice!) but is located in one of the nicest spot of the South of France: you can be at the seaside in 10 minutes by car or enjoy the countryside (and the wines of the Appelation Bandol), or visit nearby small villages and towns with equal ease. The hotel itself is well kept, the rooms are spacious and those overlooking the golf course - especially with the balcony for an evening aperitif - are a joy to live in. The restaurant was closed at the time of our visit but the brasserie offered good meals at reasonable prices (and until 14:30 for lunch, which is not that usual in France!). Unfortunately, du to snaitary restrictions we could not use all the facilities, but the covered swimming pool with natural lightning was a pleaseant place to saty for an afternoon. All in all, no falults on this structure and the personnel, and for a quite more reasonable price than other similar hotels nearby.

Hotel Beauséjour Les Palmiers, offers 13 rooms all decorated differently around the shaded courtyard. The decors are inspired by enchanting places around the world such as Asia or Africa. All themed rooms have been designed to create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The en suite bathrooms offer views of the garden or the courtyard. The restaurant and bar are open daily. Guests can relax in the picturesque courtyard shaded by two large trees but also explore the rugged coastline along the Bay of La Ciotat. Free private parking is also available. Pets are welcome!

If you are coming to this part of the Côte d'Azur you won't find anything as perfect in my opinion. The terrace has sun beds, comfortable mattresses and parasols for you to you use. There is no lift but there are rooms on the ground floor for accessibility.

Peaceful and charming

The warmth and well-being you feel at the place is definitely brought on by Bernard and Angela who are the sweetest and most welcoming hosts. This is the place to be if you want to relax and just take a breath. You are near the greatest places of Provence: Bandol, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, and near Marseille if you need a big city experience. The little town of Saint Cyr Sur Mer is charming, le Castellet is a jewel and all this is very easy to get to from Le Clos. Starting your day with a perfect breakfast is just an added benefit. We highly recommend it!
