A 'maison de maitre' chambre d'hotes with 4 letting bedrooms set amongst vineyards in a pretty village in the Loire Valley. We booked a themed wine weekend with special menus, comparative tastings and vineyard visits. We were warmly welcomed, tasted (and bought) a wonderful range of Loire wines recommended by John (a retired wine merchant) and ate magnificent food prepared by Sue. Bedrooms beautifully decorated and well appointed with luxury bathrooms. Lots of wonderful chateaux and interesting towns to visit as well as vineyards.
