Reviewed By Deborah HWe had a very clean, comfortable room, but it was on the smaller side from other Hampton Inn's we have stayed in over the years. The front desk staff was very nice. We were planning on staying 3 nights. Unfortunately, the impending rain with gale winds that was approaching the eastern seaboard caused us to leave after one night. The hotel manager was very kind and did not charge for the 2 extra night's stay. Our room faced the Ocean Highway side, so it was a bit noisier than I expected.

Nice stay for the money

The hospitality was above any hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years and with boys that play travel ball, I stay in a lot of hotels. Complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers, complimentary cookies, and complimentary hot breakfast sandwiches upon request are part of what stood out as above and beyond. Front desk staff was helpful for suggesting extra parking options, providing ideas for dinner, and allowing us to keep a car parked for a few hours after checkout. The rooms are walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Hotel supplied beach chairs are available for use. The pool is clean and well maintained. And, the rooms appear to have been recently updated. A nice place that I hope to return to in the future.

The manager was very nice and explained that they were short staffed and that our check in would be soon after 4. It was. We had the 2-bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, and up to date, as was the lobby. Shout out to the daily breakfast preparers! Most outstanding selection and taste. It is on the 4th floor. The acoustics could be better in the breakfast room. Holy cow, was it loud! Parking is only good for one vehicle and we had two. Had to park it at a friend’s place. Water pressure was pee poor, but hot. AC was excellent. We would definitely come back.

The Rehoboth Guest House has a total of 14 guest rooms, 10 of which have private bathrooms. On our 2nd floor, we have 4 guest rooms that share 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Each room is unique and painted with warm colors. They all feature large windows with wooden plantation blinds, comfortable mattresses, 32" flat screen TV's, mini fridges, and a daily room cleaning service. Our romantic Rehoboth Beach Bed and Breakfast has many common areas for our guests to enjoy. Outside, guests relax and mingle on our popular large front porch lined with rockers, featuring a relaxing porch swing. Guests boast about the two oversized outdoor showers with changing rooms which are especially inviting after a long day at the beach. Inside, the Guest House has a warm and inviting living room with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. For breakfast dining, we have a round family size dining table. This area can accommodate large groups. Each day, guests wake up to the wonderful smells of a hot breakfast, coffee, fresh baked goods, and all the amenities of a continental breakfast served in our exquisite chef's kitchen.

We would like to start out by saying thanks to Tom for his welcoming hospitality. The inn is furnished nicely. We had a very nice cozy clean room with comfortable bed. Really appreciated in how they handle covid by providing sanitizer and other products to keep you safe. Nice to know they go out of their way to protect their guests. They even provide a free way to sanitize your cell phone. We had a very nice quiet hot breakfast in which you fill out a form upon check in which you provide them with choices that you make including which time you prefer. Restaurants,shops, and beach only a few steps away. Would not hesitate to stay here again when returning to Rehoboth. Thanks! Sandy & Howard East Norriton PA.

Horrible Experience

Food, hair, stains and a sock from a previous guess was found in the room. I was treated poorly as a guest and left the property. Please check the room travelers!!!

Great location, Clean, dog friendly
Reviewed By shilpamsBooked this the night before on hotels.com for $74/night per room. Included breakfast. The main area looks newly renovated and is clean and friendly. We got 2 renovated rooms on the first floor “dog hallway.” They allow dogs, and many rooms on that hallway had dogs. So you didn’t have to worry about bothering the neighbors. Wasn’t too loud with dogs barking or something. There is a separate “dog park” lawn that has plastic bags next to the parking lot. Hallways were clean. Staff was nice. We had some questions about the TV at 9pm, and the manager came right away from the front desk to help. Pool and hot tub were kind of gross, with paint chipping, but have handicap wheelchair access. Two doors in the pool room were kind of creepy. One turned out to be the lobby bathroom, which did not have a working door lock. The other looked like an AC room, and just had a plastic sheet covering the entrance. We drove from DC to NJ and wanted to take the ferry from Lewes to Cape May. Location is 15 minutes from Dewey or Rehoboth Beach to the East, 15 minutes from the Ferry, and 5 minutes from Outlet Shopping. Very close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the “Kabab and Falafel Addiction” 1 strip mall East and the famous fried chicken spot in Dewey. Breakfast included - Continental with make your own waffles, coffee, bagels, muffins, etc.

Decent Stay
Reviewed By davidlQ4386QXNothing spectacular. It's located along a busy stretch of Rt. 1 in the heart of the shopping district of Rehoboth Beach. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby including the new Agave (though it's not as well regarded as the Lewes location) and Bethany Blues across the highway (if you want to risk it). Staff was a little disinterested. When we checked in, the lady at the desk was as interested in conversing on the phone as she was checking us in. Breakfast for a Covid-restricted period was pretty good. Rooms are okay. Nothing great. Clean enough, though we did find an old candy bar underneath the lounger. It's spacious enough for our family of four to sleep overnight, but I wouldn't book this hotel for a longer stay associated with the beach.
