Reviewed By arganis32063Don't waste your money. I'd like to know what is " premier " about this place. Other than the prices, of course. The dinner menu had 5 items at ridiculously high prices. 6 chicken tenders for $17.00! The t.v. in the room had 4 channels, and two of those are the same PBS station. The breakfast was free, but basic, and the front desk associate was sweet. The only reason for the 1 star. There is a Sleep Inn next door, and a LA Quinta across the street. Please go to either of those.

The room I paid for smelled like smoke, I asked could I get another room and was told by front desk that I couldn't due to the hotel was overbooked. The pool pump was not working so the pool had green water in it, I asked for a refund or to be compensated and was told no. The bathroom had mold in it on the walls and tile in the bathroom. The fire alarm going off at 6am due to the kitchen staff. Dogs barking in the lobby area. Stay away, thanks.

Reviewed By DefirstaidShower does no it drain. Lifted the drain plug turned the drain plug after three showers tub full. Refrigerator semi cold. Freezer did not freeze water , no way to make it colder. Breakfast was OKAY per the kids although the juice cup was more like a bathroom cup. Manager wanted to argue about the run draining. Cheap is cheap I guess.

Reviewed By lynnbO5477OGWe were there for a quick one night stop. No issues at all with my service animal. Plenty of grass to walk the dog on. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is something to grab a breakfast and coffee was good!

Great space, could be terrific if cleaned
Reviewed By Bman32Good location within a short driving distance of a number of good restaurants. About a 25 minute easy drive into Savannah. This room was very spacious with an excellent layout. We got the 1 BR unit. The main room was large with a pull out sofa, tv and kitchenette. French doors opened into the bedroom with two queens and then a small hallway to a separate vanity/sink and toilet room with a door. The floor was a dark brown wood-look vinyl. There were spots of soil that could be seen at an angle and when using a wipe on the floor it was evident that it was filthy all over. The french doors also had visible soil that I wiped off. The wall in the bedroom against the next hotel room was thin as we could hear the person's television very clearly. It is unfortunate that this spacious room and good layout was not appropriately cleaned. Would be hesitant to stay again.

Reviewed By SusysalsaI have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It was a great find, and I highly recommended it to everyone. Unfortunately, especially since it has only been open approximately 3 years, it has not been well maintained. On my last trip out in January 2022 my bathroom smelled so bad I had to put shampoo in the toilet to attempt to offset the odor. The next morning when I got in the shower I discovered the problem - it was the shower curtain. While leaving in the morning I requested that the curtain be changed. When I returned to the room after 5pm that evening it was still the original curtain. I requested the same thing for a second day, and when I returned it had been changed which helped the bathroom smell. I just returned from a second trip there, and was this time joined by three work associates. Again, my bathroom smelled like urine. Another colleague mentioned that her bathroom smelled as well, and I told her about the shower curtain issue. Another colleague had issues with her toilet and asked on two consecutive days for it to be repaired. Ultimately she was handed a toilet plunger so she could attempt to fix herself. It is very sad that the management doesn't seem to be keeping this hotel up as it was a great little place to stay. :-(

Reviewed By Dean CSpent 1 night here while traveling with family. Easy check in cart available at entrance for luggage. Quiet, clean good size room. Shower was excellent plenty of linens. Breakfast was average but fine no complaints except they should serve til 10am. They we trying to shut everything down At 9 am.
