Reviewed By ronaldandmistybLove holiday inn. This one is a little dated. Bathroom door didn’t close. Really clean and happy stay! $200 per night is not worth it though! King suite isn’t bad but for the money we would stay somewhere else! Little dated but everything in phoenix city is. Not bad but , not good enough for the price!

Reviewed By JDB6045While my wife and I only spent one night in Phenix City, it was nice to know that a Hampton Inn was close to our daughter & SIL's new house. The amenities were typical for a Hampton Inn, and the breakfast was hot and ready for us the next morning. Front Desk and Dining Room clerks were very professional and friendly. This particular Hampton Inn was either newly built or very recently renovated, as the cleanliness and neatness of the Inn was very well done! Thank You! We called ahead to notify the Front Desk that we would need a late check-in, and were assured that this would not be a problem. Always pleasant to stay at the Hampton Inns, as the high standards are consistent throughout all of those locations where we have stayed!

Clean and Beautiful Property
Reviewed By thetravelingcriticsThe property itself is very beautiful, the location is set opposite side of river from uptown Columbus. The views are nice, this would be a great property to host small/medium parties, pedestrian bridge is just steps away where you can witness the rapids first hand and walk across the river to conveniently access uptown Columbus area. Our King room was clean and accommodating in with awalk in shower and quality linens. Front desk agent was less than happy to check us in or answer questions, this seems to be an ongoing theme thus far at ram properties in particular. We were told no check in until 3, even though we are titanium elite and requested it a day before arrival. We watched as several people were checked in prior to us, I'm assuming we had too wait because in of the room type. No upgrades were available, so we didnt have a room with a view, that was fine though, we were just sleeping there anyway in or trying to. Barking and whining dog next door made that difficult The outdoor space boast an outdoor pool, several seating areas, and ambient lighting. Everything outdoors was incredibly clean for this time of year, picture perfect! Complaints are, nothing was explained to us at check in from the cafe hours to what I assume is evening social, as well as what amenities were available. We weren't recognized as titanium elite, again an ongoing theme with these properties in the area. Beware animals are allowed here, as I stated we had a dog barking and whining all evening and part of the night next door. It was impossible to rest, we did notify front desk and approximately 2 hours after that, about midnight, the barking stopped. No one ever checked back, offered an apology or another room. Evening guest service/relations could be better, we might give this hotel another go as the outdoor space is so lovely and cleanliness was stellar!

So we booked a room for a stopover on our way back the day after Christmas. Booked a king suite, thinking it would be better. Checked in to our room, dirty linens, sock beside bed, musty, but ok good price just stopping to break up the drive. There were two tvs, and like last time, no remotes. Went to desk , lady was nice and tried several times. After multiple tries, no remote worked. We said No worries, going to go out for supper. Assured us when we get back would be taken care of. Get back, No better, then realized power cords were missing to tv. By that time I was on trip advisor looking for a room. After a cockroach crawled across the counter we booked a room at Holiday Inn down the road! Left the keycard on front desk as no one was there, lost the money for the room, but at least we can sleep tonight! Horrible hotel!

Not a nice place
Reviewed By johnnyp670$50 should have clued me into what to expect but I stayed anyway. The app made it look a whole lot better than it is. The app says it has a coffee maker and it does, but no coffee to put in it. It doesn’t matter though because the maker doesn’t work anyway. No hair dryer, no ironing board or ice bucket. There is a plastic bag for the bucket and some coffee cups. I think I’ll stay someplace else next time.

Reviewed By N8097KKmariamUnexpected visit out of town for family. Could not have been more pleased with the feel when I walked into the hotel. Front desk greeted me with a smile and was extremely pleasant. The room was clean and fresh with a super comfortable mattress :) will definitely stay again when I return.
