Reviewed By ladonnas520Overall all the rooms were clean; 2 noticeable stains in carpet, the hallways were clean but hot and stink, great complimentary breakfast, superb front desk staff. It was a one night stay and overall it was a great choice. The offer cookies and lemonade as well. I would recommend.

Reviewed By Rich PVery clean and nice hotel. You walk in and you know it's just clean and well maintained overall. Pool was great and very clean as well. Location is easy to get to and there's a TON of restaurants and things to do in the area. Just 15 minutes from the ocean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Booking.com was having some issues but the Hotel was amazing and did their best to accomadate us through the issues on that end. The pool and spa are nice and the breakfast was warm and had a large variety of options. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Every one I came into contact with from the staff was kind and helpful. Different pillow softness on the beds to choose from was also a nice touch. It was very clean as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I'll give the benefit of the doubt
Reviewed By Kathy KOur stay here was good. They have updated some things that are not in the pictures on this site. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is just that when we came down to breakfast, there was much gone and not restocked. We had to ask if there was anymore yogurt, fruit, etc. The second morning of breakfast, there was barely anything and there was no one around in charge of the food. We asked the front desk to see if there was anything for us. She obliged and did the best she could. Maybe they were understaffed that day, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, because the staff was very nice and very helpful, if they could be. Another reason for 4 star is when we went to sit out by the pool, the pool was full of leaves. This was surprising. While we were sitting there, a truck pulled up and a guy cleaned the pool. Once again, maybe we caught them off-guard, but really, the pool should be cleaned daily. I would stay here again, though. Like I said, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the rate was reasonable.
