The truly devoted InnKeeper Sne is a local and interested in making your visit so pleasant you can’t help but return. Be sure to like his Panama hat. From rocking chairs on the porch to snacks galore and breakfast in the morning, it’s a lovely place to stay.

Reviewed By 473kathykMy husband set-up a 4 night stay here for my birthday. The rooms were spotless, the staff extremely helpful. Especially Seth at the front desk, and the servers in the restaurant - esp. Curri. The location is right on the boardwalk with easy access to shops and the beach.

Our all suite hotel has 79 spacious suites that sleep 5, with a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and range. All suites also have private balconies.
Quick weekend getaway
Reviewed By tinacaroWe had a nice time here. It poured the entire weekend, so we were pleased with the covered parking and the indoor pool. The pool was small and packed on Saturday, but nice to have. The hot tub was closed and taped off. The hotel provided towels. The walls were very thin. There was a family in the 2 rooms next to us. We could hear the screaming, cursing, and door slamming clearly. The desk moved us to another room on the 5th floor with no issue. They said it was easier to move us than to talk to the people making the noise. The rooms look like privately owned suites. The 2nd room was much nicer than the first. The hotel is dated but otherwise was a nice weekend stay.

Very cozy, great location
Reviewed By michaelsQ8220UJNice cozy place to stay in Ocean City. It's very close to the beach and also close to downtown area. Excellent location. We stayed in a suite and it was a nice sized room. It's an older building with an early 1900s feel. There is a balcony you can sit on facing the ocean, although not right on the ocean. Staff was very friendly. They have a pool but I didn't look for it or go in because weather was still too cool and it was too early in the season. One parking space per room, but free street parking isn't too hard to find, at least not the time I went.

Reviewed By lindaannie2The staff is friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a kitchenette. The refrigerator is normal size. Pool area and deck on the third floor were clean and in good shape. The suite was spacious and clean. Nice to be able to see the ocean from the deck.

Reviewed By generalnansiMy husband & I visited Atlantis Inn several years ago and decided to return over the Memorial Day weekend. Happily, the Inn is still being lovingly cared for and is still beautiful. The inviting breakfast room with hot water for tea (my personal favorite) and a delicious breakfast for both days of our stay was much appreciated. We stayed in suite 12 with a king bed and a wonderful state of the art shower with plenty of jets and also a hand held wand. This location was perfect for us since steps are limited to entering the Inn. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Ocean City right where the action is. It was nice to return to a familiar place and see that it is well cared for. We will be returning again soon!!

The Forum is the perfect place for families and couples to enjoy their time at the Shore. Our hotel features the largest outdoor swimming pool (heated) in Ocean City and also has a kiddie pool for the little ones! We also have a playroom for guests to use, which has arcade games & a ping-pong table. The Forum is located in the most ideal location for vacationers! We are located only one block from the beach and boardwalk. If you would like to rent bikes, you can do so 25 feet from our hotel at the largest bike rental shop in Ocean City! There are also a number of water parks, amusement parks, arcades, eateries, and boutique shops less than a 3 minute walk from the Forum. We strive on being a family-owned company and want all of our guests to feel at home. If there is anything you need please do not hesitate to visit our website, send us an email or give us a call! We want to be your home away from home! If you are staying with a large group we also have 2 bedroom suites available that you can book as well.

Reviewed By Heth1242This place is very nostalgic for me my Grandmom use to take me on vacation at the Forum for a week in the summer months in the 80”s . Now I take my daughter every summer . It could probably use some updating , but the location is perfect , it’s clean , the beds are okay , great pool & staff is always friendly .

Wonderful time

If you have ever stayed at the Jersey shore you know how many small nonchain hotels run and what to expect. Based on that this place was lovely. Great porch and friendly staff. Plenty clean. Only reason this isn’t a five star is that I wish the pool were bigger but my kids didn’t mind at all!

If you and your family are planing to come to the Beach and Boardwalk at Ocean City, New Jersey, and want to stay at a clean, comfortable and not crazy expensive hotel, Coral Sands Motel is the place for you. We are Pet Friendly!!! Efficiency rooms available, on site restaurant, free parking. (Closed for the season November till April.)

Reviewed By 1963Christine0521We spent 10 days here (just checked out this morning). The hotel is a block from the beach and boardwalk (entrance where Manco Manco pizza is). My husband and I came with our dog. I felt very comfortable leaving the dog here alone (this was an important criteria). Also the rooms are very clean, and they practice good covid cleaning requirements. Most hotels that allow dogs always smell like dogs, but the room we stayed in here did not. Parking was a little tricky but there is an overflow parking across the street. In short, it’s not a “luxurious” motel, but it is simple, clean, and great location. We will stay here again next year!
