Reviewed By amynemmetzWe were in town for a soccer tournament. The hotel was booked with lots of soccer teams AND a wedding. Despite being busy, the staff members were Super Friendly! And the hotel is very BUDGET friendly too! Additionally, the hotel is beautiful. We will be back.;)

excellent stay memorial weekend
Reviewed By P8795HOwandabWe were a bit skeptical staying here due to some reviews read but chose to stay and glad we did. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a selection of tv channels and pillows were great to sleep on. The front desk staff was very kind. The Riverwalk was very nice and they have benches and we sat and took in the view and the serenity. there is a bar across but the the hotel does have a restaurant as well but we did not utilize it. We went to eat at a pizza place not far from the hotel and it walking distance called the Broken Tree pizza which was pretty good. The ONLY reasin a 4 was given was because the light in the bathroom was making a screeching sound each time we turned it on. Overall great stay and would go back

Reviewed By brettf566Worst hotel experience ever. I paid for the hotel online . Had a confirmation number show them my bank account that the money was taken out . They refuse to give me my room and made me pay twice . And the people at the front desk for very rude and talking to me like I was an idiot. After I went to my bank and investigated it they absolutely double charged me and refused to refund my money. And then From 7 to 10 in the morning I could not get a cup of coffee. The lobby was out the maid never restocked my room. This was my second night. The front desk said they'd bring me some and never did. I'd rather sleep in my car. Who put the pool in without a hot tub?

Reviewed By VIRUS008The front lobby was clean, the pool area was clean, the room was clean, the workers were very nice. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. It is located close to the express way and a few close fast food places in case you need to get something to eat. Bonus with a Kwik Trip right down the block.

Reviewed By 970WSAt check in they tried to charge my $230 even though I had a receipt from Expedia for a reservation of $63. They would not honor my reserved rate. Checked in and got to my room where i find an employee smoking in front of my room door, I even had to ask her and other guests to move so I could enter my room. The toilet seat had urine on it and the TV had half the channels listed on the guide. The parking lot had trash everywhere. I would avoid this property at all costs. I left after 10 minutes and went to a different property.

Not a Motel!
Reviewed By IronRiver19This is not a motel! This is apartments for low income. It's really a shame because they are remodeling the place. However, the residents living there throw their garbage on the ground. Garbage bags and residents items laying all over outside. One resident had their door open and it stunk so bad. There are rotten mattresses outside the building, kids bikes laying everywhere. Residents were surprised we were staying there one night. The desk clerks were shocked we did not have to pay a deposit and were even more shocked we stayed there for a couple nights. It was also very hard to contact them. I tried several times to call them to ask questions about the area. They never answered and never returned messages.
