NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN
Reviewed By 588christyoMy family and I had a terrible and frightening experience at this hotel. The housekeeping staff must do a better job at doing a thorough inspection of the rooms to ensure they are completely SAFE for the children that stay at this hotel. Unfortunately and Thankfully, I caught my toddler putting a small ziploc bag filled with pills in his mouth. THIS is unacceptable. When I approached the front desk with this matter, I did not get any apologies and was told I just had to speak with a manager. I called the manager and I am unable to get in contact with her and the front desk receptionist Jasmine was very rude and told me she was in meetings and I asked her to please ask if she can call me back regarding this urgent concern I had and she said, ok well I will leave that up to her if she wants to call you back today. VERY unprofessional and they show no empathy for the situation we had to endure.

We talked with the owners and they recommended good Italian restaurant down the block. I loved that the hotel has an older style feel - tray ceiling - crown molding . Very nice ! Thank you!!

One of the worst hotel rooms
Reviewed By Kathy OLet’s skip the lackluster service and go right to the room. It felt like a room I saw in a documentary about truck stop hookers. Stains on the comforter and furniture are visual reminders of the nastiness that is probably visible under black light. One chair even had a legit snail trail! I pulled back the comforter, thinking “at least the sheets are clean”. They may have been clean, but I pulled the comforter back to reveal several big splotchy stains. After a long day on the road, we just wanted to shower and sleep. Unfortunately, the shower head mostly sprayed the ceiling and only dripped into the shower. We ended up crouching in the tub to splash on some water and soap. Last, the door looks like someone was locked in the room and tried to get out. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Still A Very Good Value
Reviewed By PortegeeThis was our second stay here (the first was in 2017). We had a family urgency that required several days in town, and I wanted to stay here again. The rooms are very, very clean, and the microwave and refrigerator were in good condition. We brought our own travel coffee-maker, so we did not use theirs. The tub was very clean, and I enjoyed my soaks in hot baths. Their towels are a low point but we picked up a bath sheet a Walmart down the road. It is on a main artery through town, and very close to shopping and restaurants. The couple who operates this establishment are ultra-nice people, and I remembered that from the first time we stayed there. This place lodges migrant workers but that didn't bother us. The people above us were sometimes noisy late at night but were often too exhausted to really care. If you want basic and clean, give this place a try.

Very comfortable beds
Reviewed By kak6The lady who checked is in was really, really nice, even choosing a room for us on the back half so we would have a quiet sleep. The motel is basic without a lot of amenities, but that is It was very clear in their description. It was immaculate. Everything was spotless. The only thing we missed was a plug outlet near the bed to use a CPAP for sleep apnea. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Just remodeled! Under new management and we have taken care of all previous problems, new window AC units, new hardwood floor and amenities. Please discard old reviews it no longer applies. Come stay with us and enjoy Los Banos' pristine fields.
Terrifying stay
Reviewed By FrequentFlyerQueen13Dirty, gross, outdated, moldy. Avoid at all costs. This was such a scary and dirty hotel with poor customer service. They ever have a sign at the front desk saying refunds must be asked for within 30 minutes.
