A gem of a hotel for a reasonable price
Reviewed By pamelajoparkerCaring people manage this property and everything was SO clean. Comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was good with wide variety of selections. Many restaurants, shopping, freeways, and services nearby. Located in a reasonably safe neighborhood.

Reviewed By dadbearUpon arrival (around 11:30 am) pool was not open and was not known when it would be open. Jacuzzi was closed the entire stay. On site dining was actually a Bar that served a very LIMITED MENU OF APPETIZERS, not a full menu, hence NOT an establishment to DINE; NOT KID FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. Our room did not have locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors. Doors were sliding doors with no stop other than the actual handle attached to the sliding door.If not careful, hands/fingers got pinched/caught between wall and handle! Bedroom TV was plugged into an outlet that was powered by a light switch; when we arrived it took a bit to figure out why the TV would not power on. Internet access was SLOW at best. Had to pay for on site parking. Had a five guest party, yet was only given three breakfast "vouchers" and zero wristbands for guests under 18. Complimentary drinks/snacks were provided in the bar which offered extremely limited seating; so much so that we had to forego the drinks due to no seating and not being allowed to leave the bar area with alcohol. One outlet provided in the bedroom which had three guests. Microwave instructions were in Spanish. We are an English speaking country. Spanish is a SECONDARY LANGUAGE HERE. Additionally, no ice in ice dispensers on floors 5, 6, and 7 upon checkout at 9:0 am.

There was mold on the bathtub, the epoxy on the tub was flaking off, there was a spot of carpet that was thread bare, the carpet was filthy, mold was on the bathroom sink and there were small holes in the wall and no closet door or curtain and the bottom of the bathroom door was delaminating!

Reviewed By L90KMbarbarabWe were here for a bowling tournament. It was centrally located for us, a mile to the mall and restaurants and 6 miles to the Bowling lanes. Room was very nice, upstairs loft had a king bed and bathroom, downstairs had 2 queen beds and bathroom. There are no doors to separate the living room from the bedroom. It is nice to have a kitchen to be able to cook and feel at home. The only downfall was our room was on the second floor and no elevator. Some of these rooms have owners.

Reviewed By 592sallynI came into this property at the end of a snowy day. I had a terrible time getting my luggage into the lobby. I found the lobby sterile and unwelcoming. It took a while to be greeted. I went to my room and found it totally unsatisfactory. The sink in the bath was stained with makeup. The kitchen had no plates, silver, pots or anything to use to prepare food. The smell of the whole building was bad. There are no pictures on the wall or anything that might make it feel like a place you would like to live in for a while. I left and went to another hotel within 30 minutes.
