A little on the expensive side for what you get. Clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast has a little to be desired. Nice place if you have a pet. .You can find the same amenities for a lot less if you stay a little closer to the Missoula are which is only about 10 mile form this motel.

BEDBUGS

Stayed at The Lodge at Lolo Hot Springs on May 27th, 2022. Room price just under $300.  There was a lack of bathroom linens, a random washcloth behind the door and an empty tampon wrapper on the chair.  3 days after checking out I developed itchy, raised skin all down my left shoulder and arm. Progressively got worse until giant, painful blisters formed. After seeking medical treatment the diagnosis was bedbug bites. I immediately called the Lodge and spoke to A manager who told me there was another complaint and they just recently fumigated. He couldn’t help me any further & said I’d hear from His manager. Crickets still after several additional calls.  Stay Here At Your Own Risk.

Ok hotel. Wifi did work. Dingy, but looks like they are trying to fix problems. Dirty tub and bed cover had oil stain on corner. Will not be staying here again. This is making me write at least 200 words. Not much more to say other than what has already been said.

Lolo Hotsprings

Booked two nights, left after one

Reviewed By kellyw306

Lolo Hot Springs is iconic therefore even after reading many negative reviews we still planned a visit to cross it off our bucket list. Booked two nights in a cabin, but left after one. Whoever owns the place hasn't invested a nickle in it in 20 years or more. The floor of our cabin was unswept and smelled like air freshener masking marijuana, very basic but okay if all you needed was a roof over your head. The shared campground shower/ bathroom was also okay although I didn't use the shower. I don't know where to start with the hot springs though. No posting of temperatures or mineral content, the outdoor pool was cold nothing warmer then a regular swimming pool. The indoor pool had lots of debris in it with patrons swimming around with their street shoes on. The ladies changing area had pooh filled diapers dumped on the benches, the employees sat outside and smoked the whole time. I seriously doubt the place would pass a health inspection and probably is seldom drained and cleaned. i was disgusted the entire time i was there. Fun fact: Sunday nights are clothing optional. Didn't stay for that show but I'm hoping at least people took their shoes off along with their suits. The bar on site I will say had friendly staff and average food at an average price and the only wifi for miles. Lolo could be such a jewel of a place if someone cared at all about it. Historically it's important as the only place the Corps of Discovery stopped traveling both west and east, and as the home of the US's first Olympic luge team and track. However, no one has cared about the place in a very long time and it ranks up there as one of the nastiest place I've ever been.

Lochsa Lodge

No refund

Reviewed By kimhK8068JW

We were looking forward to staying at Locsha Lodge in July and understood their cancellation policy. However, the day before our stay, my husband fell and broke his shoulder. He was rushed to a hospital by ambulance and we ended up flying home to MI for surgery. At the hospital, I phoned Locsha Lodge and cancelled our reservation. The person at the desk was kind and said we would get a refund. Not so. There turned out to be no mercy and they charged us the $302.84 for two nights. There was no way I could have known we would have to cancel a week before. Accidents happen. Even after contacting them, I received a harsh note that we would get no refund. So, be careful about staying there. Compassion for unavoidable cancellation does not exist. Every other motel on our trip kindly refunded us, even though we were not in their time limit either. I will never book Locsha Lodge again.
