Reviewed By emilyk211Expensive holiday but well worth it. Great food, attentive staff and a great range of activities (in addition to skiing). The live music on the terrace in the sun was banging! Awesome atmosphere. Kids activities were phenomenal, as usual. Our kids were never bored and we all made some great memories on and off piste. Staff were all fab; hard working and fun (so well coordinated). Ugo is the best kids entertainer I’ve ever known! Waiting and bar staff were great/ Mehmet had huge attention to detail. Took fleshed to high (and eco) standard every day. Beds could have been softer. All in all, one of the best weeks we’ve had! Thanks to the Chief and all his hard working staff

Reviewed By francesca2017This hotel is fantastic. Our first visit to Les Arcs (usually ski elsewhere) and we will return due to this hotel. It has beautiful views and spotlessly clean rooms / dining room and the pool / spa area is stunning. The staff are lovely. We actually extended our stay by a couple of days rather than leave yesterday. There’s not one negative aspect to this hotel.

Exceptionally well located accommodation
Reviewed By rozraeThis is the 4th year we’ve used Le Belmont and yet again we were not disappointed!! We booked a 2 bedroom this time and had plenty of space in the apartment with lots of storage space for 4. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a ski rental shop and parking on site. If parking is full there is a covered garage just a short distance away. The boot room opens straight onto a slope that takes you directly to the Transarc gondola. You can also ski back into the apartments.Excellent location to slopes and also just a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars. Reception and recreational space on first floor with nice high end feel. Nespresso capsules and bakery items are available . from reception along with games and sledges to borrow. A cleaning pack is provided in the kitchen with cloths, washing up liquid and 7 dishwasher tablets which is a nice touch! Staff were very helpful as always!! Will be back.

L'Aiguille Grive Chalets Hotel is a new establishment built in a contemporary spirit, situated directly on the slopes and only minutes from the centre of Les Arcs. During the winter season, ski in and out. We offer double bedrooms and chalets. Each room has a private bathroom and terrace with view. Each chalet consists of 4 to 6 doubles and a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV , a kitchen, a dining room, allowing families, friends or colleagues to relax in their own private area. Superb ski holiday
Reviewed By TanyaEMorganOur family had a wonderful 9 night stay at Aguille Grive chalets hotel. Julie and her staff were warm, inviting and friendly. The restaurant had excellent food and breakfast. Facilities and views are fabulous and the hotel is well positioned to the slopes. We would return for sure.

The cleaning lady confirmed, but when the manager came in, he didn’t agree: maybe it smells like dogs, he said. - for real!?! Cleaned it ourselves for more then an hour and the cleaning lady came by twice. Didn’t help AT ALL. A little amount of money was the compensation - for real: not even worth a beer a person… Never again. Really bad experience. Bread service and beds where good.

The main reason for coming here since 2016 is its location, out of the cosy boot room and literally straight on to the beginners piste (which has a magic carpet) so perfect for families with children starting out skiing, also less than 50 metres from the ski school meeting place (Evolution, much better than ESF) Highly recommended!

You'll love its well-proportioned rooms, including family rooms with 5 beds, and the exceptional terrace with a view of Mont Blanc! Reviewed By TravelGirl1801We really enjoyed our week at the MMV Melezes. We had a great room with a small balcony on the 7th floor over-looking the slopes. The distance to the pistes was as good as it can be really unless you go for ski in ski out, just a short walk and you’re on the nursery slopes and can ski to the lifts. The only slight drawback is it was noisy most nights in the early hours of the morning with people leaving (I think) the night club across the road. There’s nothing the hotel can do about that and to be honest it didn’t bother us hugely, it was just enthusiastic apres-skiers noisily chatting as they went home and didn’t last too long. The food was decent - enough to fuel us every day at breakfast and refuel in the evenings and having wine, beer and soft drinks included was a bonus. We also enjoyed using the hot tubs and sauna down at the MMV Altitude. You have to book for this but the plus side is it manages the numbers in there so it is genuinely a chilled out way to end the day before dinner. We went four times! The biggest plus of the hotel though is the staff, without exception they were friendly, helpful and cheerful. They made us feel really welcome. A particular thank you to the lovely gentleman from the restaurant (annoyed with myself for not getting his name but he was young, curly light brown hair in a pony tail and glasses!) who went out of his way to show us how to get to MMV Altitude when we went for our first visit to the spa. Thanks to all the staff for a great week. Ace to be back skiing!

Don’t stay if you have standards
Reviewed By yelyabWhen we arrived the beds were unmade, the bathroom was dirty with grime and mould all over the cubical, one of the sinks was broken, the foot stalls were burnt by the radiator. There was not enough toilet paper for a week which is unbelievable. There was dog poo in front of our window and on the snow outside the balcony. The rooms were poorly sound proofed and we didn’t sleep well for the entire week. The people that stay here obviously do not care enough to clean up for themselves. The space itself is conveniently located for skiing and the insides of the apartments are spacious with a lot of potential if they were renovated. There is a pastry service which was basic but helpful. For a group of people with no standards I suppose it would be fine. We won’t be returning or recommending.

Reviewed By Tim FBuffet was appalling, if I could give less than 1 star I would , couldn't even get ketchup at breakfasts for eggs , whole service was chaotic , running out of utensils,cups ,glasses etc. ,food quality appalling , some evenings I was not sure what was in the pots in buffet , road kill sprang to mind in few occasions
