Bread and croissant delivered to your door in the morning, extremely clean rooms, super fast response times to e-mails, very friendly. We felt like we were staying with family. Cozy residence consisting of 10 small buildings of two floors at most, built in compliance with the Pyrenean traditions and just 600m from the slopes , ski lifts and the center station.Pour your convenience, you can choose between two types of apartments 4 or 6 people, (250 € per apartment + cleaning € 50), fully equipped with a heated massage jets, sauna, weight room, and a lounge with a fireplace to enjoy a warm fire upon arrival pool.
Appalling service at this run down self service accommodation.
Reviewed By Juliana AThis place is not staffed, and phones not manned after 7pm (or between 11 & 4), so we could not get hold of them to tell them we were running late, and had to spend out on another hotel en route rather than risk turning up with 4 kids at 11pm. On arrival we had to make up our own beds. There were not enough towels for 6 of us. The door was so bowed that we could not lock it. We asked for help with this & though the man at reception said he'd send a technician, no-one came, until we reminded them the following day. The manager showed us a complicated technique involving brute force, which only one of us was strong enough to repeat. He was patronising and unconcerned about both this issue and not being able to get hold of them after 7pm. 2 sets of sheets had blood stains on them. We were told we had to strip all the beds, and return the towels and linens to their reception area, on leaving, as well as clean the place thoroughly. They wanted deposit on arrival, which they would not return if it was not left immaculately. They also wanted local taxes, not previously specified on booking.com. Though the pool was nice, the sauna didn't work and the 2 pieces of gym equipment were also broken and unusable. One of the beds was partially broken, the rest were scratched and tatty. 2 of the heaters kept turning off. It was -5 degrees. On the plus side it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Les Angles. But not worth nearly £600 for 3 nights. I should have checked trip advisor before going here, as I see other negative reviews now I look!

The house has great views of the Matamale lake and a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the views. The family is very warm and welcoming and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The food is more than delicious! The room had everything you need and is really beautiful and well-decorated. We loved the house so much that we decided to stay one day more. 100% recommended, we will come back!

Amenities such a bread delivery in the morning sauna and a large jacuzzi made our stay a memorable one. The managing couple were indeed very helpful with everything and the luxury block house ambiance made everything special.

Welcome to the "Gîte L'Azimut" in the heart of the resort of Les Angles on the Capcir , in the Pyrenees Orientales. Walking tour starting off for Camporells lakes, Bouillouses lakes and tour of Capcir. Our guest house has a panoramic south facing terrace to enjoy a privileged location overlooking the valley and the lake Matemale. We are 3 minutes from the ski slopes of Les Angles, from mountain biking routes and numerous hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing routes too.

Reviewed By tomBCNThe rooms are nice. The breakfast is great. The service is very personal and friendly. Location is perfect, just next to ski lift, ski rental and ticket office. Very close to town center. If you travel with kids you can book family room which is actually a 2 bedroom room so you will have privacy and space.

Reviewed By woodykibworthHaving booked pretty much on price the hotel was as expected. The room small but comfortable and the decor maybe somewhat dated but clean and perfectly acceptable. The restaurant has superb views and is very good with all staff speaking excellent English. The location is excellent being a short walk from the nearest ski hire shop and ski lift and the reception sells ski passes so all in all a very easy first day on the slopes. I would stay again.

Reviewed By AuntySuzyTWe spent 5 nights here during the World Cup Slopestyle event at Font Remeu. Our King size room was a great choice as we like a bit of room to spread out. The rooms were very comfortable and the hosts charming and helpful. This hotel is owned by the same people who have apartments next door at Chalet Ana. Guests can use the hot tub and sauna there - very much appreciated on a cold, stormy day. There was also a lovely room where guests could have massage - unfortunately we didn't make time for that this time around. Breakfast is a help yourself affair from 8 - 11 a.m. It consists of beautiful breads, preserves, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt. A coffee machine dispenses a variety of coffees and hot chocolate, and there is a good selection of teas. There is a locked cloakroom entrance equipped with boot and glove driers as well as storage racks for skis - a really good set up. You are given slippers upon arrival and asked to leave your shoes at the door - which aside from keeping things clean also makes for quiet movement of guests around the building. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples or small groups of friends.
