Hotel Manager Geovanni runs a tight ship...every time I walk thru the entrance employees are mopping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets. This is absolutely the quietest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. A special shoutout to sweetheart Michelle at the front desk and Sandy who hovers over the breakfast buffet to assure guests are happy campers. Looking forward to my stay in September!

So happy to see the gym open! All staff are always so friendly and helpful! Such a pleasant stay. Beds are comfy. Towels are fresh everyday. And anything I needed, it was brought right away!

Reviewed By Stayin_And_LayinStaff is friendly and attentive - especially the breakfast folks. Breakfast was yummy each day and plentiful. A/C in room was strong, cool, and robust; Shower was excellent - w/ sliding glass door versus a shower curtain. They didn't provide room service (prob Covid protocol) but we preferred this - and easily did a towel swap w/ house-keeping. Only issue was the tiny bathroom sink w/ faucet at the corner - that caused sink top flooding when we used it. Stupid location for the faucet - and the sink should be bigger give this is a Hilton (not Motel-6). Pool was disgustingly green when we were there - hope we don't get a fungus due to entering it.

AC out at home
Reviewed By sbulcken10154th of July eve and the AC goes out at home. I looked up America's Best and found a rate of $53/night. Called and booked a room. We were charged $76 for the night. The room was cleanish. The toilet wobbled when sat on. The tub was not clean, the water pressure was lacking. The noise level was high with other guests yelling and talking very loud. Breakfast was available no place to sit, but not supposed to take back to the room. Upon check out the clerk was sitting on a couch and when I reached over the desk to return the key card, she finally got up and walked over. I asked about the room rate online and showed it to her. She said that's not our website. We charge what the computer says when you check in. I guess I watch too much Hotel Impossible... Other hotels close by, choose wisely

Very Clean! Week before Memorial Day.
Reviewed By 929martinyWe were hesitant to travel but did not want to miss our granddaughter's "virtual graduation". We stayed from Tuesday until Sunday morning. Because of Covid-19 we chose not to have daily services. Our room was clean and spacious for handicap. We would stay here again. we masked coming and going. We used the pool and really enjoyed it. Pool was clean. Be sure you include in your reservation any extra people that will come swim with you.
