Wonderful check-in and wonderful stay all-around

First, the person who checked us in was absolutely lovely. I wish we had caught his name (it was around 6 PM this past Friday in case management is reading this). The guy just had so much compassion in the way he approached his work, and he was unbelievably friendly. He really set the tone for a great stay. Only complaint is that the eggs at breakfast tasted more like oil than eggs. Otherwise, next time we head back to Disneyland, this will likely be our spot once again. Thank you!

Customer Service

1. On 5/28/2022, I arrived to the hotel at 3pm which I was scheduled for my room to be ready. 2. I was told that my mother in law room was ready but mine was not, I was informed by the front desk that I would have to wait an hour before the room was ready, and she would call me. I then asked for the manager who was beside her if they do anything for long term customers, he informed that he would email the manager group to see if it was anything that they could do for me as of today 6/5/2022 I haven't received a call, text nor email about this. I left the hotel to get food after speaking with Tony the manager at the time. The front desk person called me at 6:49pm to inform me that my room was ready now after waiting 3 hours and 49 minutes. 2. After returning to the room, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't use my daily $30 credits the first day because I returned after 9pm and I was informed by the front desk person that I couldn't get any water or snacks from the snack room. I have never experienced customer services like this at a Hilton before. 3. When my family and I entered the room there was toothpaste on the glasses in the bathroom, terrible wear on the toilet seat both of which I have photos of. 4. After getting settled into the room and trying to make the best of the time that was wasted, the next morning my wife went down to ask for additional towels and was told we don't have any more towels because housekeeping didn't leave any more. So, I had to leave the hotel again and purchase additional towels for my family to use and shower with. I felt as it I paid $20 for my entire stay instead of $500 plus dollars for 2 days. This was the worse experience and I didn't even get an apology, it was as if I needed to just deal with it and shut it. Can someone please help me with this and make it right, that's all I ask.

Nice room. Breakfast so-so

Reviewed By bps_traveler

Stayed here in February, I will be moving out this way for a job and this was a central point to look for apartments. Probably not your average customer here. Think most stay here as a hotel that is kind of close to Disneyland which isn't too far down the road. I did notice the hotel has shuttles to Disney. Room was good. Comfortable bed and a hot shower. I had a hotel room that faced the highway and the noise wasn't really noticeable. The only real drawback was the breakfast. Most of the food was dry. Though the cinnamon rolls were good. Just not a fan of the breakfast buffet at this location in general. Really the only complaint I would have.

STELLAR Customer Service!!!

Reviewed By Taurie L

This hotel is STELLAR. I would recommend it over all others in this price range and area! The facilities are clean, they offer all the important amenities, the location is excellent--and most importantly, the staff and managers are helpful, thoughtful, responsive and patient! I had to contact this hotel 3 times (for various reasons--documentation, receipts, etc), and each time they responded in less than 24 hrs and helped me with even my more complex issues! Any hotel can offer amenities and a fair price--but its the customer service that sets an establishment apart. What is more important than receiving help when you need it??? Few places I have stayed in years of travel have been so courteous and responsive! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel because their customer service is extraordinary and for me that is the most important element (an element that many other hotels do not have!) My students from Hawaii stayed here too and they were treated with immense respect!

The overall conditions of the place are bad, needs serious maintenance and cleaning. The bathtub was dirty, there was no lock on the door, the air conditioning malfunctioned. Also, before making the reservation, I’d called (and they take a looooong time to answer) before and asked if we could early check in at 11. They said yes; when the day came, they wouldn’t let us check in at the agreed time… do not book here

Basic Amenities But Functional

Reviewed By Jerry B

I stayed at the Fullerton Inn for three nights and it served a purpose for this solo travelor. The venue offered the same amenities as the more expensive inns in the area. Located between Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and priced well under $100.00 per night this venue is a real gem in expensive Orange County. Only negative were room furnishings including the bed were old, dated and well worn. Staff very attentive throughout my stay. The inn fills the bill for the male solo travelor but a family with children perhaps look around before signing inn. Also no breakfast provided-coffee each morning in the lobby-worked for me.

The location is great because Disneyland is only 2 or 3 miles,Knott's Berry Farm about 4/5 miles away and your across the street from all types of restaurants, movie theater,Costco and night clubs, bars and sushi restaurant. The train station is only 1 mile away along with the old spaghetti factory. Definitely recommend staying here. The only thing that would make it better is breakfast.

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

I reserved our room here because of the high ratings this hotel had and the pictures of their buffet line . Boy was that a mistake! We were first put into a room just off the pool on the the first floor. The light blared into the room because we couldn’t shut the curtains. The room smelled like cat pee, the room had mold all over, the wall paper was pealing, the shower rod was half torn out of the wall so the curtain wouldn’t stay shut, the tub faucet was not sealed. AND THE BEDS ARE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AND SMALL BEDS EVER! It’s like lying on a board. Our next room was upstairs which had a balcony. The a/c didn’t work, the door didn’t shut right and looked like it was broken into as the chain lock was half torn off. There was a small amount of mold in this bathroom. This room didn’t smell like cat pee those- but the refrigerator was set so low it was useless and there was no way to turn it up. The only good thing was the breakfast. It was quality food and had a lot of it. I was really looking forward to this hotel and I was absolutely horrified by how they have taken a motel and tried to make it something more. They also are not up keeping anything in the hotel other than the breakfast. The front desk people were ok. The dining room people were nice and the cleaning people were very nice. Your room was not cleaned unless you asked. I stayed here 4 days 3 nights- way too long! I would give it 0 stars if I could!
