Nuestro hotel ofrece 19 confortables y acogedoras habitaciones exteriores, algunas con balcón. Nuestro hotel ofrece 2 acogedores apartamentos abuhardillados con balcón y bonitas vistas. Un entorno maravilloso en el Pirineo aragonés, para realizar excursiones, deportes o conocer el patrimonio.
Nice hotel with excellent service
Reviewed By 178kirsihHotel Cinca is a nice hotel, perfectly located close to the national park. Rooms are quite big, clean and cozy. The restaurant opens a bit late for our routines, but that the Spanish way. Breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay!

It needs refurbishing and customer service trainings
Reviewed By Marianna DWe slept here one night because we wanted to visit the natural park of ordesa. The room (111) was at the end of a corridor with dark stains on the walls. the door of the room was also black at the bottom. The room and bathroom were of good size. The dinner and breakfast were nothing special (oily salmon, the dessert was acid). Until now I wouldn’t have either bothered to write a review. However their customer service is awful. coming back from breakfast the door of our room wouldn’t open, we asked for help and they sent a cleaning lady (this was 8:45). The cleaning lady tried the master key and it didn’t work. We asked for someone else and they sent a handyman who again tried moving the key - which we and the cleaning lady had done already. Then we told them we had an excursion at 9:30 and we needed urgently to get in the room to take our money, phone, camera, car keys, contact lenses, brush our teeth. First they “blamed” us because according to them there was no need to lock the door, closing it was enough. Then we asked AGAIN for help and the same handyman came with a screwdriver trying to break the lock with no luck. It was 9:20 by now and nobody called someone who could come and open the door. At this point we were pretty upset because we needed our things and nobody was helping, the attitude of the staff was awful they also got mad at us saying “Can’t you see I’m trying?”. We decided to start going to the excursion, once we were at the meeting point they called us saying they were trying to open the door. We came back and there was nobody, we saw the same poor handyman with a ladder climbing the balcony (completely unsafe and dangerous for the man). He managed to break into the window with a simple kick (safe right?). Why not call an emergency locksmith? Nobody apologized, nobody offered not even a glass of water, nobody was there to assist. This shows they don’t care about the guests or their staff. Horrible.

Naval Fonda is a family, where you will feel at home, we adapt to customer needs. We have 7 double and triple with balcony, except the room "Rivers" with private terrace, provided on request. The rooms have bathroom, TV and heating. In our restaurant you can find home menus 100% natural products, such as home and typical of our region "Sobrarbe" jams, cakes, stews, etc. On request we will prepare a picnic to take their tours. Have a small lounge and bar where you can have a snack or read a good book, we have documentation zona.Beside our house is located the Information Point National Park of Ordesa and Monteperdido, since in Escalona is one of the entrances to the Anisclo Valley National Park.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Reviewed By Luc FHad 2 rooms here for grandparents/parents/child. The staff was great starting with check in. Entire place spotlessly clean. Only complaint... the noise. Traffic noise was bad in rooms, plus you could hear everything going on in the hallways - echoing off of the tile floors. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.
