Reviewed By oldcaI booked this hotel 2 years ago, re-booking due to Covid closure and postponement of the old car event I was attending, for this year, 23rd May. I arrived around 4.45 to find the place with an open door but no sign of life. Another couple, also booked in, had recieved a message saying the restaurant was shut, and with instructions on where to find a key and to let themselves in to a numbered room. I had no such message and no way to check in. The restaurant was a main reason for booking - always difficult on Mondays in France - and eventually we moved on. I hope I will not be charged.

Tucked away gem
Reviewed By karenmitchStayed here for three nights. This is a little out of the way gem. We came to visit friends in Erquy which is 3km away. Very welcoming, breakfast was lovely, table laid and ready. Room was fabulous, tea and coffee a fridge, clean and amazingly comfy. My only regret is that we didn't eat in the restaurant as we had plans but if we return it will be on the top of our list. Merci xxxx

Well located, comfortable and cosy hotel
Reviewed By vingreMy wife and I spent one night at Hotel Le Beauséjour in August 2021. The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the city center, shops and restaurants. A private car park is available which is a nice feature in peak season. We booked at the very last minute and were not fortunate enough to have a room with sea view which I would definitely recommend. The room - on the second floor - was quite small even by European standards. Each square centimeter had really been taken advantage of ! However, it was well appointed and very clean although some signs of weariness here and there (e.g. bathroom, window, ...) should be addressed. Nice and cosy decoration of the property with even original features such as the books displayed on each step in the stairs. Breakfast was served in a room looking over the beach. It was quite good, largely relying on fresh local products. However, more fruits should be available. Overall, Hotel Le Beauséjour is a very good option for a stay in Erquy that I don't hesitate to recommend.

Basic but well located hotel
Reviewed By vingreWith no reservation we have been quite lucky to find a room in Erquy mid-August. This is how we ended up at Hotel La Table de Jeanne. Actually in my view it is more a restaurant offering rooms than a hotel. Rooms are basic showing no specific concern for decoration. However, they all face the port and the ones on the first floor have a small balcony with capacity for one chair. Therefore, I would definitely recommend the rooms on the first floor. The bathroom, equipped with a tub, is quite large but a shower curtain or glass should be installed in order to avoid spraying water everywhere. The room also provides a safe box but it was not working properly. Breakfast was served in the restaurant in the lobby. It was very good with local fresh products and a delicious home-made crepe. Important point of attention: the hotel has no private car park. Therefore, parking can be an issue at peak season. Hotel La Table de Jeanne is a nice option for one or two nights in Erquy. Because of the location and the nice combination with the restaurant I definitely recommend it.

Endroit super calme avec toutes les commodités emplacement bien délimités , confort exceptionnel (edf toilette super propre douche ,que demandons nous de plus ,une navette gratuite nous prend gratuitement à la porte du camping pour se rendre en ville, la plage pas loin et l'océan vaut la méditerranée ,une clarté nager parmi les poissons, nous y retournerons ,ne changé rien.

Shady site with lots of long established trees
Reviewed By ian47thDates of stay: 26/May/2019 to 03/June/2019 This is a lovely heavily wooded campsite, with lots of shade on many of the good sized pitches. As ever with Yelloh campsite staff, good English was spoken and everyone we dealt with friendly and helpful. The site has a very well stocked shop next door to Reception. Opening hours during our stay, which was low season, were morning hours only except for the weekend when they re-opened in the evening. We felt that the prices were reasonable. The facilities are very modern and well maintained with cleaning staff checking them all day. The main facilities are in roughly the centre of the site, with other facilities near reception. The layout of the facilities suggest that the site is gradually increasing the number of static cabins as the facilities complex near Reception, toilets and showers etc, are surrounded by cabins with their own facilities. The first pitch that we were offered was on the far side of the site from Reception. We did a walk around to check where the chemical disposal was and found that the nearest was at the new building halfway to Reception - too long a daily walk for two oldies. The staff quite happily moved us to a pitch right next to the new facilities. If you are walking or cycling into town be aware that the campsite is at the top of a very steep rise from the town itself. Very easy to go down, but if it is a hot day then coming back up is an extreme lesson in being seventy two!
