Reviewed By SandroAKALazzoWonderful house with the relaxing scent of the used wood. We booked the Hyazinth-room. The kids slept in the big living room on the bed sofa. We also used the kitchen (no separate room, part of the living room) twice. Very attentive hosts. Family with kids/toddlers very welcomed. There's a special room available with some toys available - but it's at the same time a reading room. We didn't have a problem with this mix, kids could always play there as seldom adult readers were there. Only negative: no real blinds. The curtains in the rooms don't really darken the room. So during long summer evenings, the kids had to find their sleep in a bright room - and woke up early...

Reviewed By Louise MWe stayed for a weekend at the cosy b&b close to the famous bridge. It is perfectely placed to arrive by train and we were greeted ever so friendly by our hosts. The rooms are in an authentic wooden chalet and the interior keeps with the theme. At night the village is absolutely quiet and is perfect for watching the stars from the window. The breakfast is served in the cafe downstairs and you will inevitably be swept up in the village life already at breakfast. We felt asolutely content and at peace in this lovely place.

Great local restaurant and nice Hotel
Reviewed By adriangutWe staid at this place during a two day hiking trip. The hotel is simple but good for this purpose. The owners are very friendly, speak English, German and French and the food in the restaurant is fantastic. Visiting the beautiful Binntal this is a great option. The cable car to to Aletsch Glacier is only 20min away by car.

Unpleasant experience
Reviewed By Michael MThe room was very, very small and in the corner there was a boxed space with a sliding door, which housed a toilet, sink and a shower cabin. Extremely uncomfortable, no space at all. When we arrived there were no towels in the room, so we had to go to the restaurant and ask for them.We were informed that we can't eat dinner at the restaurant, because they had a party that evening. The breakfast was very limited and the whole restaurant was full of flies, who had a good access to most of the breakfast items. For all this we were charge CHF150. Bad experience.

Reviewed By StefanW3073Top Location sehr in der Natur, Top Aussicht und das Beste selbstgebraute Bier weit und breit. Zufahrt mit normalem PW kein Problem.. Langsam fahren... Ein Besuch wert. Für sportliche nette Wanderung.

Reviewed By RobertoS6582Super für die ganze Familie. Gepflegte Feuerstelle und Spielplatz. Aletscharena bietet für jung und alt etwas. Schöne Panoramas und gutes Essen in der Umgebung. Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt und es hat alles was man braucht.
