Since my stay, I have been trying to communicate with Jennifer Nunzio (hotel manager) and have been nothing but respectful in my attempts to reach out to express my very serious concerns but have since been met w/ silence. My advice to anyone staying here is to be sure to get everything in writing & double check your invoice at checkout for unauthorized charges. #1 PARTYING & NOISE FROM 11PM TO 5AM There was what sounded like a party/large gathering in the room above me. I called the front desk multiple times between 11pm & 5am to ask for help but the girl at the front desk was there alone and wasn't able to go up and investigate because security never showed up. I had to endure a sleepless night because security + attempts to reach the room above me failed. The noise complaint was never investigated. Management never offered to make it right. #2 NO SECURITY Not having security onsite is a big safety risk. What if I had been in trouble and someone complained about noises coming from my room? Would they only try phone the room and if no one answers completely dismiss/not investigate further because security didn’t show up? That is very concerning. #3 ALARMING FRAUDULENT CHARGES OR WORSE Charged ten $1 local calls that I did not make. There was no cleaning service and I didn't make any calls from my room - so who was it? A snack had also been charged to the room. Front desk stated that snacks can only be charged to room if someone has the room# and last name on reservation. We never charged a snack to the room nor did anyone know our info - so who charged the snack? When asked to show video proof - charges were immediately removed. #4 NO CLEANING SERVICE Rooms do not feel properly cleaned, no daily cleaning service. Towels had dirty stains on them, plexi-glass at front desk is dusty, my white socks turned black walking in my room, no daily towel change or soap replacement. The excuse they have for not offering cleaning service is COVID. How does that make sense? Cleaning people usually clean when guests are out of their room. Another excuse to try and cut costs. #5 CHARGED 3KINGS RECIEVED 1 KING ROOM Approved for early check-in. Rooms were not ready upon arrival. We left luggage w/ front desk. Told they would call us when the rooms were ready. They never called. We came back to check into our rooms and were given 1 King and 2 Queens, even though we were there first. Really save yourself the headache of having to stay here. Its not worth the safety risks and lack of security at this hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Reviewed By Ann MStayed 1 night. Old, tired, dark parking lot at night. The room was clean. The TV worked. The bed and linen were fresh. Service at the front desk was non-existent. I would not recommend. There are restaurants, banks and a shopping mall nearby.

Your establishment advertised breakfast included however, when we checked in and I asked where we would eat breakfast the following morning, I was informed that because of Covid they weren’t offering breakfast! So don’t advertise it!!!

Terrible experience
Reviewed By Stay451546I wouldn't book here Stay AWAY..I used hotels.com to book they are terrible as well don't book them them as they don't fix or solve problems. This hotel I booked 2 queen beds he gave he 2 double beds...also charged my card I'm addition to already paying fully online before stay 100 bucks which they say is typically 300 but that he is charing 100 and it takes 10 days to return to your card/bank...would have been nice to know that before staying here. The Middle Eastern Indian guy was rude and disrespectful and then when I tell him he is being rude the guy argues with me Who DOES that right that cares about the business or company, worst service. I will never stay here again and do yourself a favor spend 160 dollars else where trust me many other better hotels that actually care about your service and keeping you as a customer.

Reviewed By elizabethsT9196PRThe man at the window was rude and patrolled our room when it got close to 11 a.m. check out. As soon as we got in the car, they hurried in there to make sure we didn't steal anything. The room was decent and pretty clean, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and they gave us three of the worst, cheapest, thin pillows I've ever seen. They gave us only two small, cheap, thin towels to shower with. The toilet paper was so cheap it practically disintegrated in your hand. They provided dispensers of shampoo and conditioner that were terrible quality. Overall, not the worst place you can ever stay, but I certainly won't be staying there again. There are plenty of places in the near vicinity in the same price range that are better.

Great value for price
Reviewed By kobefan0824I stay here every time I drive to LA for business. I usually come up for about a week or so each stay - they have a great weekly rate. It beats a lot of hotels in the area, definitely the motels in the area. It's affordable, clean, and the staff is really nice. The rooms I've stayed in are hardwood floors, electronic key, lots of sunlight, free wifi, free parking, and clean. I suggest staying on the second or third floor as it's more quiet and there are nice views. The location is really good too, a few blocks walking distance to Firestone Blvd where there are lots of good restaurants. It's definitely a great place for the price - totally affordable and hight quality.
