Reviewed By 603DeeDeeThe clerks at the registration were very pleasant. Our room was clean and neat. The water pressure at the sink was a little more than a trickle. The following morning we did not have hot water. Areas in the tub could use an extra cleaning. The breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn. During our trip we stayed at various Hamptons. The Inn in Douglas was the most pricey but it had too many problems for the price. This part of GA must have iron in the water.

Reviewed By adamfoucheI first stayed here and reviewed this Fairfield Inn back in 2017 right after it opened. I recently stayed again for several days as we toured several area colleges with our daughter. The hotel is clean. It is easy to get into and out of. The location is convenient. And, it feels safe here. The breakfast is as expected for a budget hotel, but then again, it is free. I wasn't disappointed in my stay. I would come back here for a third time if I am passing through town.

Nice Hotel For A Quick Stop
Reviewed By Travis928I stayed here for a night while in town for a quick trip to the area. The hotel was nice, clean, and friendly customer service. The only thing I could complain about was there were no cinnamon rolls at the complimentary breakfast! Please bring them back soon!

Reviewed By Explore796515We have always enjoyed our stay at the Jameson Inn. The new owners are very friendly and attentive to any issues present. We had a malfunctioning Smoke Alarm after we checked into the room. I called the office. The Desk Clerk called the owners and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. The price is the most affordable and the location convenient. The room and bathroom are very clean. Best value for your money. We will stay here again in July.

Reviewed By Mika_O_20196647The only good thing about this hotel is the area. When we arrived, we pulled up to the “Lobby” and was immediately greeted with the smell of weed. There was a guy out front smoking it for everyone to see and smell. We entered the lobby and saw a sign basically explaining that weed was not allowed on property but obviously that isn’t being enforced. We booked a king size room through TripAdvisor. The employee at the front desk acted he had no idea. He asked us multiple times what kind of bed we wanted. The bathroom was HORRENDOUS. I took pictures to share. I was taking a shower and stepped in a weak spot, I looked and come to find out there is a whole “duct tape patch” under the mat. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Stay with caution.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reviewed By 540chandamOur company booked this hotel for 2 employees to stay for 2 nights. When they arrived the woman at the customer service desk wouldn't check in the 2 employees without the credit card that made the reservation. I called to request an credit card authorization form so it may be filled out so they employees can be checked-in. The woman at the desk refused and become so upset she cancelled our reservations. I had to find another hotel who had no problem checking in on our employees and emailing the credit card authorization form. I do not recommend this hotel for other businesses; our company has stayed at this hotel over 10 times each time the desk staff have been extremely rude. When I called to speak with the manager the owner stated it was his wife and I was wrong not her. As I read the other reviews I see I am not the only one who has had issues with his wife. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
