XL-Queen Rooms are huge... and really nice
Reviewed By SunShyne314I love space and the XL Queen room gave me that and more with the living room space. Just a rule of thumb... Travel with your own cleaning supply. I rented three rooms for a family trip and really only had to "DEEP" clean one (crap on the bathroom door handle). The other two were inspected and then I lightly cleaned as we normally do for health and hygiene reasons.

I wasn’t greeted, I have to speak first because one lady was to busy on her cellular device. Then I went to my room it look great at first glance, but when I settled in my room I seen that it was not clean at all. I have hair all in the beds, it was sugar over the desk, and hair all over the floor. I noticed it because I have a toddler and I have to pay close attention to things like that. The last thing was the sales manager. She seemed very nice at first but then she kept harassing my family. I had family traveling from all over the world. We was having my mother a 50th party. The 50th party wasn’t held at the hotel. We just all to stay at this location so we could all be together. We 90% of this hotel rooms. The sale manager just kept harassing us saying we was being to loud that they had quite time. That was my first time ever hearing that at a hotel. My family wasn’t even loud. But like I said we had the whole hotel. So she kept making things up. All lies! Then she called the police on us. They didn’t do anything because they said we wasn’t even loud or doing anything wrong. She really tried to ruin our celebration. But the last night of our stay she was apologizing to all of us. But the deed had already been done.

Beds were comfy & that's critical ? a close by neighbor did come and go several times late at night and the door was so loud it would wake you up every time. It didn't seem like it was the neighbor slamming the door it just a door needed repairs because it was so loud opening and closing. Air conditioning was incredibly loud and noisy. Staff was friendly

When hotels offer the "grab & go" breakfasts, you dont know what you get until you open the bag. This woman took the time to write on EVERY bag what was inside. Super nice & friendly lady! The room was spotless, had premium channels on the tv, offered smoking rooms (thank you), truck parking and was very, very quiet. Great rate, great employees, great room.

The Marriott chain - not what it used to be
Reviewed By trawlerbabeWe have been gold members for years and have stayed at many - from Residence Inn to Springhill Suites to the Fairfield Inn & Suites. We travel cross country yearly with the exception of 2020 for obvious reasons. We’ve always been pleased with Marriott lodging. This year - decidedly not. No effort seems to be made to make their guests happy. The breakfasts are not as good. The rooms which normally are upgraded for gold & elite members are not not upgraded. We have made reservations way in advance because we knew many would be traveling. We’ve been told no upgrades are available because they are booked yet we see on Booking.com that better rooms ARE indeed available. Sorry Marriott. You may be losing good customers to the Hilton chain.

Reviewed By TF20769Don’t bother asking a simple and common guest question, you will get a rude response. Fortunately the night clerk was a little not also able when we finally were able to check in. Mother lobby bathroom had no soap for hand washing.

Don't let appearance deceive
Reviewed By jbareit1985Outside the area looks a little spooky but once you get inside it is nice and inviting. Felt safe sitting on balcony area with family during the evening time. Road noisy from interstate was loud so ask for backside if available. The property is definitely older but rooms appear to have new carpet and paint and were kept in good repair. Doorframes were a little beat up but the doors did close securely.

We are only miles away from Leigh Mall, Magnolia Antique Mall, GT Lanes Entertainment Center, Magnolia Motor Speedway and Waverly Plantation Mansion. We offer free Wi-Fi and coin laundry as well as a microwave and mini-refrigerator in all guest rooms. Pets stay free!
Horrible Place
Reviewed By LeahM1860This hotel has the worst customer service! Room was dirty! The tub literally flooded the floor because of a hole in the wall. Curtains hanging by a thread!!! I would never recommend this place!!! The entire faucet came off! $160 a night ?
