The hotel has ninety standard double rooms and eight spacious, 50-m2 suites, with everything required to ensure an unforgettable stay. The hotel’s privileged location and its wonderful natural setting add to its unique beauty, making it the perfect destination if you need a few days’ peace and quiet while you explore the magical nooks and crannies of Minorca.

We were meant to be staying at the smaller (petite) hotel across the road but this was a excellent alternative. from entering the reception to the room it's 10 out of 10. Staff were lovely, honestly they're so friendly and smiling all the time. Food was hot, good variety & nothing to much trouble for the chefs. The only down side for us personally was the location, very quiet which sometimes is a bonus , such a pity I'd love to go back to the adult only hotel.

This hotel and apartments complex is located 150 metres from the beach in Santandria, on Menorca’s west coast. It offers a large outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. The rooms at the Prinsotel La Caleta feature smart décor with soft tones. Each one comes with satellite TV and a private bathroom. The hotel’s buffet restaurant serves international food and offers show cooking and themed nights. Breakfast is served overlooking the sea, and there is also a poolside snack bar. Hotel La Caleta offers a varied entertainment programme for adults and children. You can hire a bicycle from the 24-hour reception, and there are various water sports options on Santandria Beach.Ciutadella is just 5 minutes’ drive from the hotel. You can drive to Mahón Airport in around 45 minutes.
Friendly, clean and comfortable
Reviewed By colinb157Stayed here as part of a 3 generation family holiday and had a wonderful time. The hotel is friendly, comfortable and very clean - there are always people doing something to maintain the grounds. The two pools are nice, with shallow areas in both for the kids, and we always managed to get sunbeds from mid afternoon after a day out and about. The staff are all very efficient and wonderfully friendly and English is spoken by the majority (not that I'm ignorant enough to expect it). The food is buffet style, with fresh cooked eggs and pancakes for breakfast and fresh pasta and fish in an evening, along with a daily special. Even the vegetarian in our party had a different meal each day. The only slight disappointment was the lack of variety in the Froggi kids club, which seems to be limited to a room with games and craft equipment (plus the obligatory Mini Disco at night). It's ok, but compared to the club at the sister La Dorada hotel in Majorca we'd hoped for more. Will definitely be back when we return to Menorca.

Great location
Reviewed By ColinRS0346Ideally situated at the head of the bay with super views. Only experienced the restaurant but that had very friendly and helpful staff and great food. A good view of the sunset can be had from here. The hotel is obviously popular as the restaurant was nearly full with residents.

Spiaggia piatta e carina
Reviewed By BelmondoJPTrovasi vicino a La Caletta da dove ci si arriva dopo una breve passeggiata. E´piatta ma carina composta da una spiaggia grande ed un´altra piu´piccola vicino. C´e´una famiglia di anatre che si mischia tra i bagnanti. Vicino alla spiaggia piccola c´e´anche un prato e l´ombra.
