Georgette, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, diligently wrapped/packed my watches and returned them to me express post. I really appreciate the effort Georgette and the team went to in returning my watches. It's good to see honest people, so grateful.

Great place for an overnight stay
Reviewed By AJI_travelsThe room was small, but that was the only downside. It was clean, freshly renovated. The bed was so comfy and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Reception staff was very helpful. Highly recommend if you just want somewhere to sleep and really good price. We'll be back.

Reviewed By zo_m133Sometimes with well priced motels you get an unpleasant surprise with old, poorly maintained rooms but this time we had a very pleasant surprise! The rooms were very clean and had good clean furnishings and bedding. The grounds were tidy and well maintained and the motel was in a good location for a quick drive to Windsor. Easy check in and friendly staff. Don’t go past this place! We will go again if we can!

Reviewed By philipl322We are starting to travel to Sydney again after 2 years of 'staying home' and needed a change of hotel to stay at for a night or two. After a through search of hotels between Parramatta and Penrith, we decided to try The Voyager hotel at Rooty Hill. It is in the preferred area that we like to be based for Sydney visits, in the under $200 price range as we want a place to sleep not a 'luxury' stay. We rang direct and booked. We arrived at the time we advised and we very pleased with the reception and the room price. We parked in front of reception/main entrance and went up to the room. The hotel is relatively new, smells clean, looks clean and well maintained. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked very well, the TV worked, the bathroom was efficiently laid out and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't a kitchenette in our room. We heard no road noise from the Great Western Highway, which runs in front of the hotel. The controlled access after 1000 PM/2200 Hrs was reassuring for security of the hotel and its guests. The wifi was good and easy to access, for our usual usage. The reception staff on arrival and departure were very pleasant and helpful. Guests are required to produce identification on check-in, we think this is a sensible request. We will be back again as this hotel meets our requirements for our regular visits to Sydney. Road access is good too. This hotel is also well situated for many of western Sydney's family entertainment facilities.

Reviewed By Semyon74Due to Covid/staffing issues not all facilities were available to guests. No breakfast service and meals menu was heavily restricted. Once these can be sorted, would go back. Until that, would give it a miss.

Reviewed By Christine BOne thing they choose not to tell you when you book a 2 night weekend stay Saturday and Sunday, that there is no housekeeping on Sunday, so bad luck if the room needs doing of the towels neec changing you have to actually go down to reception and ask for clean towels. Still charge you same rate but not the same standard. Very poor indeed
