Rude customer service
Reviewed By AnonReviewerAnonThe accommodations have a lovely design but are very tight in terms of space. You need to walk sideways around the bed! Most of our stay was pleasant, until I asked for an iron and ironing board. First, I had to go to reception to leave a 60 euro deposit and sign a document. Housekeeping was supposed to bring the iron and board after that, but they didn't do it until after we left the room to go to the park an hour and a half later. The next morning I used the iron and before leaving, I called just to double-check that they would return the deposit if we left the iron and board in the room. However, to my surprise, the receptionist said that we had to bring it ourselves to reception or they would keep the deposit! The distance to reception is long and the iron and board are a bit heavy and awkward to carry. They had the sense to have housekeeping deliver it to the room with their car, why did they impose on the customer having to hand it back in person!? When I made this comment to the receptionist, he became rude and wouldn't admit this was an inconvenience, then he hang up on me! At reception, we had to wait in a long queue to return the items and then it took us a while to convince them to give us proof that we had returned them. All this caused us a delay which meant we missed the "magic hour " and didn't get to the park until 9:30.

Reviewed By Angie SI have stayed at this property two or three times before and enjoyed it once again. The villas and grounds are well kept and very comfortable. It is nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer in the villa. The location is in close driving proximity to Disneyland and a wonderful shopping mall. The thing that really set this property apart for me this time, was the helpful front desk staff. When inquiring about antique shopping and the need for an extra suitcase and bubble wrap, the handsome front desk clerk went above and beyond to assist my sister and I. He recommended a shop with wonderful artwork that will always remind us of our dream trip to France. It is also nice that the hotel has a marketplace and restaurant on site, although the food at the restaurant is just mediocre. I recommend walking to the nearby patisserie to purchase your own pastries and desserts and stopping in at the market next door for any other grocery items you may need. The drive to CDG in the morning was maybe 40 minutes and quite pleasant. Overall, another good stay!

Horrible experience "Lack of honesty"
Reviewed By carlosfG2791QMWe would like really not recommend this hotel, since my wife lost her wallet with some Bank cards, some money, and the most important item, her German ID. Check it out the hotel answers sequence below, when we came back and noticed that she had lost it: 1° day (Monday) - They asked for the room number and my wife last name, and they reply saying that they have found it, but they don't know where it was it, since the guy who found it worked on Sunday, and he would only come back on Wednesday, sice he was on his days off. 2° day (Tuesday) - I called and asked again, they said that they weren't sure that if they have found it. But they would talk to this guy on Wednesday 3° day (Wednesday) - Finally we called them again, they said that this guy made a mistake and haven't found anything, he got himself confused, because they have found a wallet in the next room, by the one we were in one week ago, and the name on it was pretty similar to my wife's name. 4° - (Thursday) - We were really sad, because to get a new Id in Germany is really complicated, then at night I told my wife to call the hotel again, the night receptionist were there, she said they have found it, and she really confirmed again my wife's last name. We were really happy to receive only the German ID, we sent an email right away with the address for the ID to be sent. 5° (Friday) - We decided to call again at night, because looks like that someone in the Hotel doesn't want to give back our stuff. And then again, the same girl answered, saying that she also had made a mistake ans they really haven't found it. Sorry for all that, but I really believe that my wife's ID is in the Hotel and for some reason they didn't want to give us back. So keep your eyes open, because if you loose something in that hotel, you are lost. I wish that the whole ACE Hotel chain doesn't work like that. That's a message from a pretty disappointed customer, because we need honesty for life. I won't stay in any ACE hotel anymore and I will incentivate my friends to do the same. That was really a deception. ??
