Individual air con units, windows do not open, doors open to an outdoor corridor overlooking a courtyard which is securely locked at night. All the usual amenities expected in a motel. I would have liked a second chair and a soap dispenser over the hand basin. In fine weather it would be a pleasant walk to the Haberfield restaurant strip. In pouring rain, it was an Uber trip. Buses run to the city along Parramatta Rd.

One of the most preferred accommodation by Tripadvisor members for visiting Sydney.

Good enough but maintenance issues
Reviewed By darnishtravel2021It’s basic but has everything you need including lots of drawers and storage space and microwave. Not spotlessly clean but far from dirty. Nothing special or exciting but perfectly liveable. The only issue is maintenance like toilet leaking and bed frame wobbley and even the soap holder fell off the wall. The two male staff members were always so friendly and welcoming but the lady working on the Saturday had a cold personality and she would not lend me 10cents so I could use the laundry without having to walk all the way to the bank to get more coins even tho I had 2 more nights already paid for and would have gave them the 10cents back the next day.

Reviewed By joyanceComfortable rooms and breakfast area. Simple complimentary continental breakfast of variety of bread for toast and cereals and fresh fruits. Jen was really friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay. It’s is less than 5min drive to Ashfield mall which has Coles, Kmart of many eateries from different countries. Not to far from city centre or to visit Bondi Beach.

Reviewed By Frostee65The old adage of you get what you pay for is very true, especially here. The rooms are not big and definitely old. They could use a good clean up and a load of basic maintenance. The shower pressure seemed to change every 20 seconds and that was at 430am when you wouldn't expect too many others to be up. During the day, I kept hearing planes taking off overhead. Having said that, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the person who checked me in was extremely friendly and allowed me to check in early.

Reviewed By Susanne MThis is very convenient place to stay if you dont wish to stay in at the main city hotels. It is easy to get to and very reasonable in value, Whenever we go to NSW we will stay here. It is clean and tidy and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
