Amazing hotel in a great location
Reviewed By jonggg2021Very nice hotel with extremely good service. All facilities were clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast and dinner included plenty of products to choose from. Next to the hotel itself, the location is absolutely beautifull, with an old spanish village and a great view on the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

The hostess is fantastic, and will help with anything you might need. Excellent, varied breakfast and dinner from local products available at the location. The rooms and bathrooms are classy and beautiful. Wake up each morning to birdsong and wind through the trees. Nature and countryside within easy distance, with the atmospheric and cozy village of Arnés within a short walk.

Reviewed By AlbertSalichsCamping Els Ports is located in a wonderful road between Arnes and Sant Joan d'Horta, with a amazing views of Natural Park Els Ports. We came here in Christmas Holidays, so it was a quite place. The bungalow was big and comfortable and it has 2 rooms, 1 eating-room and 1 bathroom, very nice for 3 adults and 1 girl. Also, the outer zone, the terrace, is very nice and from where you can see Roques de Benet, a wonderful rocks in Natural Park. The staff helped us always we need. It is a perfect place to begin hikings in the surroundings ongo with a car to the Natural Park. On the other hand, we had not amenities like hand or liquid soap, nor diswasher soap. It was a pity.

Reviewed By Joan FEl apartamento se encuentra a la entrada del pueblo, antes de cruzar el portal de acceso al casco antiguo. Por la parte principal esta es la vista que tienes i por la parte posterior un campo inmenso... Es un apartamento para 4 muy bien equipado. Dispone de 2 habitaciones (la superior muy amplia), 2 cuartos de aseo, una cocina y una pequeña terraza en el de arriba. Si bien anuncian que tiene wifi gratuita, la verdad es que es de mala calidad, como, en general, la cobertura telefónica del municipio.

Tuvo un Overbooking y nos encontramos en la calle
Reviewed By Jesus MReservamos para una noche por Booking y acordamos con la dueña (por whatsapp, ya que no la vimos en ningún momento) ampliar una más para alargar nuestra estancia en la zona (ya que en Booking no había disponibilidad para la segunda noche). Al día siguiente, al finalizar la vía verde (muy recomendable, por cierto), nos encontramos con un mensaje, diciéndonos que le había entrado otra reserva por otro canal, que nos tenía que cancelar la reserva y nos teníamos que ir ese día; que si queríamos, en el pueblo, había una pensión! Así que nos encontramos a mitad de tarde, con un peque de 8 años, teniendo que recoger rápido las cosas y que buscarnos la vida para esa noche. Al final nos tiramos para la costa (una pena, porque la zona pintaba muy bonita) y, ya por fin asentados y tranquilos, aún nos escribió al final de la tarde para decirnos que le habían cancelado la otra reserva!! En definitiva, a nuestro parecer, una gran falta de profesionalidad en la gestión de las reservas, sufriendo nosotros su overbooking. Por lo demás, el apartamento no estaba mal; accesible (a la entrada del pueblo, enfrente de una granja) y bastante equipado... pero la nefasta experiencia, evidentemente, no deja ver mucho los aspectos positivos del sitio.
