The guest house IPARRA, with its four rooms spacious and comfortable rooms decorated with care: 2 bedroom (1x180) separate bathroom with and bath WC2 bedroom (2 x 90) separate bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with television, internet, mini safe, hairdryer and bathrobes.

Basque Country, between sea and mountain, a few minutes by car from Biarritz. Overlooks the Arcangues golf course, 200 metres from the centre of the village. With open-air pool and paddling pool.
Avoid at all cost
Reviewed By 245albertgThe flats are small. For exemple, their biggest flat for 6 people is a tiny one bedroom flat. Yes your have read correctly. It includes one room for two. Plus some type of cupboard looking area with two beds inside. In that « cupboard », there is no storage place. It can sleep two very tiny kids ( no claustrophobic kid allowed). Except for the one room, you will not find anywhere any tiny inch of storage area. Nothing. Nada. Where do you store your cloth? No idea. How they can call this a 6 people flat is also a mystery... But the flat includes a convertible sofa bed (inside the kitchen or the kitchen is inside the living room?). One small comment, if you cook, there is no air extraction. Not sure this is allowed. After cooking, should you want to breath (no air conditioning) you may open the sliding door onto the balcony. You need to be aware that the setting of the building balconies are such that you will see and hear all your neighbors talking to each other. Shy people may not join in... At night, windows must be closed ( at least every hour) as the nearby church bells will wake you up every BLOODY hour. Since there is no air con, avoid booking a room in the summer if at all possible. No need to explain... One other thing: I don’t know why, but there are a lot of kids riding around their motorbike as if there is no tomorrow. Must be some kind of circuit not far or something. Needless to say, I do not recommend.

I'm not sure the house is open in Winter? kindness of the lady in the house is real. She can help you for everything she can share about this very specific Basquenland. Everything is pretty for a niece stay. You are just near ARCANGUES and for Golf players the golf is one mile ahead.. and give your feed back when you are there. even when you have tasted it for two nights you are interested in others comment. The breakfast is very french and could have more local influence. But the quality is there.

Reviewed By evelynep408Très jolie maison basque avec une superbe vue. Endroit tranquille pour se reposer. Notre hotesse était très accueillante et de bon conseil pour nous guider durant notre séjour. Petit bémol : pas de mets salés au petit déjeuner. Nous nous attendions à du jambon de Bayonne et de l'ossau iraty. Nous y retournerons quand même.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement de 2 pièces avec salle d'eau et WC séparé, en rez de chassée parfaitement équipé.. rien ne manque et la literie est parfaite...le petit déjeuner est classique et tout a fait satisfaisant... le prix est de 50€ au mois d'Octobre!!!! c'est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir une belle région....difficile de trouver mieux!!
