Good location but too pricey
Reviewed By pangloss356Our experience was much better than the 5 previous reviews spanning 2 years, but we had to deduct stars for the exorbitant price ($450/night off season) and the 3 flights of stairs, when we specifically asked for and we’re told unit had few stairs. We did find the 2nd floor unit to be quite clean , but looked old fashioned despite being renovated. Mattress quite hard, but liveable. Good A/C, fridge, convection/microwave, patio with partial ocean view. Short walk to beach stairs, once resigned to climbing from and to unit. Didn’t use loft floor (more stairs). Contrary to others, we found reception to be friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By J3142RHkatiebOcean Vista saved the day for an anniversary! The staff couldn’t be nicer, the rooms are great, and easy walk right to the beach!! Perfect location for a getaway out east!! Definitely will be coming back!!

It’s a management company that rents out units for their different owners so each unit is different, depending on the level of investment owner puts into it. Communication was non existent at first. There’s no way to talk to anyone on the phone/office/email/text in real time. The n DT morning we went to the office and shortened our stay. The attendant was accommodating. Here’s why: The place exterior was nice, well lit and maintained. Unit 16 was not updated for a long while with scratched furniture, moldy lampshade, scratched toilet, plastic bathtub and window shades that do not block the light. The main attraction here was the ocean. This unit faces the closed pool. Wi-Fi spotty.

Adequate Stay
Reviewed By suecastOur unit was your average condo rental. Very nice location on the beach with a path from the condos to the ocean. Decor of grey and white, nothing fancy but certainly adequate. The bathroom was a good size with a nice size shower, plenty of hot water and plenty of towels. The overall clealiness was good, but you could see a little sand on floor of bathroom near radiator and a few little webs in some corners. Not unexpected since the location is on the beach. The ceiling in our unit bathroom needs a little maintenance. The kitchen was well appointed and very clean. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable, except for the bump down the middle to make the "king" bed feature. I'd rather have a queen without a bump than a king with that bump.

Reviewed By guillaumem531We didn’t get the apt we booked. The one they gave us was older, smaller and dirty (which is even worst in covid times). The staff there promised us a partial refund that never came and they are not answering to any email. It’s so bad. They’re dishonest.
