Reviewed By michelepQ5791ANUn site et une demeure exceptionnels. On est accueilli dans une forteresse médiévale par des hôtes gentils, prévenants et professionnels. L’endroit est magique, alliant passé et présent avec talent. Tout est aménagé avec un goût raffiné. Les chambres sont silencieuses et parfaitement équipées. Très bonne literie. Silence absolu. Une piscine chauffée de belles dimensions. Bon petit déjeuner buffet, copieux, varié. Franchement, un séjour paradisiaque. Quel accueil adorable! Une adresse précieuse.

Reviewed By Paul CVisiting here for the 5th time so obviously this will be a positive review !! Great facilities, great location and excellent value for money for a family holiday. Chalets are excellent and have large shaded patio space for eating outside in the sunshine. Pools are fantastic (one covered and heated). Activities which are available are excellent and all well explained at the Sunday morning welcome meeting. Have made wonderful friends from both France and Belgium over the years and its always a pleasure to return (which we will) . Merci beaucoup Carine and Fred - a bientot :)

Reviewed By RedavocetGreat Gite in Gorge du Tarn - easy to find, turning off off the main D907 towards Mostuejouls, do not go into the town but keep it to your left following the small country road towards Bombes (D32) house is on the left. Received a warm welcome by Christine who spoke good English - the two Gites are well created from possibly an old cow shed - but very cosy with wooden floors & a comfortable bed. We bought our own BBQ & used the outdoor seating area - great views. Tree frogs & glow worms at night in the garden! Breakfast was served by Bruno who also spoke very good English & was keen to make sure you were happy - will definitely return.

Reviewed By Cecile SWe spent 2 nights in this great house. The owner renovated this old house with all modern amenities. It is spectacular inside and out: the window from our room overlooked a very nice garden, there was a modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, books and guides in the room and teapot with choices of teas as you would expect from the Englishman owner. The house is a few minutes drive from La Romieu, à beautiful village with a medieval abbey worth visiting.
