The split-level design offers a main bedroom and lounge room downstairs with additional beds located upstairs in the loft. Apartments are available with lake or mountain views. The Alpine Gables spacious suites can accommodate singles, couples, whole families and even large groups of up to six adults. Old-ish but very clean and well maintained. Good value for the tariff. Plenty of hot water and towels. We loved it except the bed was too hard: the same as most hotel beds.

Cozy and comfortable
Reviewed By AllisonW1532My husband and I stayed here with our two friends and their 5 children. Sounds cramped, but the space in apartment one was definitely sufficient. We chose a fantastic week to visit with some amazing weather. The location is close to Perisher and Thredbo and just a short stroll to Jindabyne Lake, shops and pubs. The house has everything you need! Inclusive of a coffee machine which has now become a necessity in my life. Three forms of heating (air con, gas and fire) and some days we were using all three. Great atmosphere, great hosts. We would love to come back!

Amazing!
Reviewed By Kirstin DWe had a wonderful stay at Elevation in Thredbo. The apartment was clean, roomy and luxurious with everything we could possibly want or need. Unfortunately, my partner was ill for most of our time in Thredbo but we were happy to stay in and look at the breathtaking view of the mountains or watch Foxtel movies in front of the gas fire. The village is a 5 min walk away with the free Thredbo bus stopping near the apartment. All in all a truly lovely place to stay. Special thanks to the manager for helping us out as much as he did.

Reviewed By Peter CStayed at the On The Snow #2 Chalet. The place is luxury, high class, with a touch of home. Floor heating, fireplace, huge lounge and just excellent furnishings throughout. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this will do and then some. Number 2 Chalet accommodates easily 4 people with a king size on the main bedroom and two singles in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with a spa bath in the main one. The kitchen is amazingly equipped and so is the rest of this house. Peter Chaser recommends this wholeheartedly A+

Bit pricey Jacuzzi awesome The dishwasher crappy doesn’t clean properly- they definitely need to replace it It’s homey - fireplace is probably the best part Overall good place to stay I will go back again

Reviewed By normanp311We booked for 4 nights over summer. On arrival the Manager (Mark) was very welcoming and explained all that was required for the Loft Apartment. The location and quality of the accommodation was excellent. It is slightly back from the Village square (less noise) but literally minutes from all facilities.

Little disappointed that second TV was recording no signal and couldn't get Foxtel to work but not there for TV really. Clean (except for toaster) and would prefer doona to antique bedspread but otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Reviewed By Layla YWe attended here for our hike. The room had no aircon which was unsettling and terrible parking. Was clean and cosy so we liked the room. However. Don't go here if you want a sleep in. We were woken every morning at 8am as we were right next to reception. Was the worst sleep and I am a little sad I didn't pay the extra money to stay elsewhere to sleep in on our break.....
