Reviewed By Madjid AI have time and again extended my stay at this well run hotel with friendly competent staff, most definitely at the front desk and also by the pool. Booking.com offered me an attractive rate hard to pass up. The pool is very nice and well kept. Beds (in general) now need to be changed for more comfortable ones; current ones are already too old (for the most part). During my last extension (two nights) I included the so-called "breakfast". What an indecent one and what a HORRIBLE SERVICE. Even at only $3 additional, I'd say definitely give it a miss (spend that money at McDo which I normally did). I believe you can stay here nicely, safely and you will not have to spend a bundle just avoid the so called breakfast (at $6, normal price, it is a rip-off), avoid the restaurant altogether as there are countless restaurants in the vicinity (definitely walking distance).

Reviewed By jopot_128Attended a 5 day seminar in Pasig Youth Center, Booked two Family Rooms for 9 pax with extra bed. Affordable, convenient, comfortable,clean, daily replenished towels, coffee, water and soap. Staff are very accommodating, was able to get discount for our PWD companion.

Reviewed By kattipsAt first we’re kinda hesitant to go after our stay here but when we got there we loved our room and extended our stay right away. We enjoyed our room because it gets cold easily even if the flushometer valve was not working during our whole 4days stay.

You get what you paid for
Reviewed By 480barinmStayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for the 2-day board exam that was held in a school nearby. We had no idea that the “condormitel” is located inside the Malacañang compound. We booked the standard room through Agoda (total around 1,200 per night). No response through email-better to contact property through landline/mobile. Parking does not come with the reservation - 100php/day = 300php for our 3days 2 nights stay. Beware of the built cabinets, made our clothes stink a little after storing them overnight. The guards there are even more accommodating than the receptionist.
