Reviewed By Kendal MThe rooms in the new building are nice but there is a lack of outlets, some things are already rusty (corkscrew, toilet paper stand) and the wifi is very weak. There was a gym on the ground floor but it is being used more for storage

Reviewed By zasti7Amazing food (it was the best tuna i've ever had), nice place, great view and very friendly stuff, online breakfast was too poor. It is close to the see, bars, pubs and very lovely and small city center.

Reviewed By csillanagiA szállás, amit előre foglaltunk, kritikán aluli volt, ezért elindultunk másikat keresni. Így akadtunk a Villa Tokicra. Egyszerű apartmanok, alap felszerelések megvannak, ami ahhoz kell, hogy 1-2 hetet akár főzőcskézve is el lehet tölteni. Klíma van. Ami fontos:patyolat tisztaság, a tengerpart igazán egy lépésre. Kicsi bolt, zöldséges 100m -en belül. A tulajdonos egy cuki idős házaspár, akikből sugárzik a kedvesség. a néni csak horvátul beszél, a bácsi németül is, de szerintem az angollal is elboldogul.

Maria was easy to contact by phone too and her Mum was very friendly and met us even though it was late at night as they live in one of the apartments in the building. They speak German and English and perhaps other languages and could tell us anything we asked. There was a big sign by the road and our satnav found it easily. The apartment was very clean and modern. Excellent shower too. The bed creaked slightly, but was very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and Maria's Mum told us about the hotel next door for breakfast, which was about £8 each and comprehensive buffet style. Faultless and fabulous....thank you for a great stay!

Reviewed By Krisztike79It is a beautiful place to stay, big and clean rooms, spacious balcony where you can spot the sea. You can use the fridge downstairs. The landlord speaks English and is a very kind and helpful man. Parking and free WiFi, works great. Beach is 100 m away, pebbly and full of rocks. Sukosan is a quiet and nice place to stay in Croatia. There is no AC and no mosquito nets and if you open the door and windows, cockroaches enter the room. For the price, it offers a lot.

OK for a night
Reviewed By pepcaWe liked: Very friendly owners, great swimming pool and a courtyard with a small children playground, toys and swimming equipment at guests' disposal. Bakery next door, shop across the street. Wifi worked well. Mosquito nets on windows. We didn't like: Poorly equiped kitchen (no water jar, only a few kitchen utensils, totaly blunt knives, no bowl for salat or alike), some of the dishes were dirty. Room nr. 2 had an awful sewage smell that we later found out, comes from a sink that doesn't have siphon. We booked a 2 bedroom appartment in the upper floor. When you enter the apartment, you get into the kitchen and straight out on the terrace. The terrace is then the "common area" from where you enter each room separately. It was quite strange arrangement for us because we were traveling with small kids and didn’t want to leave them alone in the room in case they woke up at night and wander on the terrace (= balcony @ 2nd floor) by themselves. Noise from the main road. We would choose another accomodation should we decide to visit Sukosan again.

Reviewed By Sokol SI letti sono strettissimi e non è permesso girarsi nel letto altrimenti la rette del materasso inizia a cigolare in maniera spaventosa. Il collegamento wifi non funziona. Insomma se possibile evitatelo, in quanto in zona si possono facilmente trovare posti allo stesso prezzo, ma di qualità ben superiore.
