I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience relaxation and happiness. The owners are super nice and helpful, always cheerful and ready to help. Our stay was memorable. She helped us with everything we needed including parking, restaurants, work space and helped us arrange Covid Testing. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location and quiet place
Reviewed By Stephania TThe hotel is located in the center and provides a parking lot for 3-4 cars, though you will need some good skills with a larger car. You can park outside, if it is Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Rooms are spacious and clean. The A/C will make your day/night in the summer. Breakfast is available in the cafe right next to the reception, and receptionists are very nice.

Το μόνο κακό είναι το πάρκινγκ που έχει το ξενοδοχείο είναι 3 θέσεων και όποιος προλάβει και στον δημόσιο χώρο δύσκολα βρίσκεις κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο. Ακόμα θα ήταν καλό να εμπλουτίσουν λίγο το πρωινό τους είναι πολύ λίγο και φτωχό.

Reviewed By Ronny DTrès bel endroit très confortable et très calme. Les murs en rondins de bois sont super. L'accueil est bon mais manque un peu d'organisation. Tout est très propre. La connection WIFI est excellente. Et pour 20 € le déjeuner est compris !

Horrible services
Reviewed By Zdena JFor the first night we had to book a studio for 4 adult persons which was clearly stated in the booking system. Upon arrival we found out that there were not enough hygienic products for four persons in the bathroom and we were missing some bed linen. The bed linen that was present was just prepared there apparently for guests to make their own beds which I had so far only seen in very cheap guesthouses, never in hotels, even in cheap Indian hotel I had my bed completely ready for use. There was a bed for 2 persons and folded sofa. When we approached the reception with the demand that the studio was not ready for four persons, we got into contact with some manager called Miro. He was clearly angry, he just said something rude to one of my elderly female companions, afterwards he stormed into the room, angrily without any further words showed us that some of the bed linen was hidden under the cover of the bed and the rest was hidden in the folded sofa that we had not able to open. Then he hastily left the room visibly very angry and sent a young female receptionist to us who was trying to excuse as much as she could. Basically, the idea was that we as guests were supposed to look for our matresses and bed linen all over the room and then finish our beds (the receptionist promised us that if we wanted she would send a cleaning lady to make the beds next day. I had always thought that if a facility was called "hotel" they were doing this automatically, not just when clients were angry). Despite being a person who in her professional life is working in predominantly masculine environment I was struck also by the level of machism that the manager Miro showed not only to us as female guests but also towards his female subordinate (half of his age) leaving her to excuse herself to us, she was really feeling uncomfortable. Big professional failure on his side.

"Shipka IT hotel" is a small, family run hotel. It offers the coziness and calmness of the small town combined with our willingness for perfect service and personal approach to our guests. Тhe hotel has 7 double (twin) bedrooms, 1 suite. The rooms and suite are equipped with cable TV, Internet access. There is a possibility for an extra bed in each room. The suite consists of a sitting room and a bedroom each with a balcony. The suite bathroom is with a bathtub. You can enjoy traditional local dishes as well as international cuisine. Meals can be served (according to the weather conditions) in a covered but open - sided dining area close to the swimming pool. The hotel has a small but very well arranged garden and its corresponding outdoor pool. Typical cool evenings in Shipka make this place much liked and preferred by hotel guests. A small SPA offering an infrared sauna, steam room and massage can make your stay even better.

Reviewed By leonieo305This hotel is on one of the side streets of Shipka, tucked away and quiet, but a short walk takes you to the heart of the town. In fact, almost all the attractions of Shipka are within a stone's throw from this hotel, and there are quite a few. The rooms are all individually styled, and very comfortable. We were there during a cold month, and the room was warm and comfortable. The cleanliness is wonderful, and in summer the garden and the balcony areas will no doubt offer many restful moments. The hotel also offers a spa and sauna treatment, and the rates are very reasonable. The breakfast is a cornucopia of delights - including bread, fruit, eggs, cheeses and whatever else is in season. The personal attention from the owners ensure that each guest is made to feel special and valued. Truly worth a visit.

Reviewed By TodorD53Terrible, air con doesn't work in summer time! Overall nice service, however the conditions doesn't correspond to the elite level they claimed. We asked for a fan since the temp in the room is 26 C. Anser was we have none.
