Beautiful rooms with outside bathrooms, with 5 star comfort (and great large king side beds). Amazing family looking after you during your stay and taking you around the area to visit the real Sri Lanka. We had the most delicious breakfasts and rice curries as well. A true paradise!

The breakfast and dinner which I took at the Villa were amazing ? and I would highly recommend them to any traveler staying there, the food is all home cooked and freshly prepared, if you give them notice they will cook for you anything you like, my favorite was their spicy prawn dish served with rice and vegetables it was wonderful probably one of the best meals I had In Sri Lanka that’s how good it was. The Villa itself is in a quite and safe area approximately a five minute walk to the beach, it is set in a beautiful manicured tropical garden with a lovely pool. The rooms are spacious, very clean, AC, comfortable bed, ceiling fans and a nice bathroom and hot shower. This was my first stay at this wonderful place and it won’t be my last, it will be my first port of call when I return to this wonderful island.

Fabulous guest house
Reviewed By sammyBaselMy husband and I had 3 really wonderful days at the Pleasure Kosgoda. Really glad we stayed here. The rooms are spacious with stunning views of the ocean. The property has a great location right on the beachfront and what a fabulous beach it is. Blissfully empty. A joy to walk along. There is a little temple on the headland which is worth a visit. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is a relaxing place to be. Definitely not a place for night owls as they do close up very early in the evenings but this wasn’t a huge problem for us as we just took some beers and gin and tonics up to the room with us and relaxed on the balcony listening to the waves. We would very happily stay at the Pleasure Kosgoda again when we return to Sri Lanka next. Thank you ? for a lovely time

Newly built boutique villa, opened beginning 2019 with 5 deluxe double rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony with sea view. The accomodation is built in a small but lovely garden with a swimming pool. One of the most beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka - a lonely 4 km white sand beach - is only 100m walking distance from the villa. To the villa belongs a delicous Sea Food Restaurant.
A delightful property with a great host
Reviewed By Kevin STurtle Paradise Villa. A small very modern well finished building with just 5 rooms. Four on the first floor, good size, high ceilings,a/c, balcony and a view of the sea 100metres away. A pleasant garden with a sparkling nice size swimming pool. Breakfast was ample, a plate of sausage, egg, tomato or other vegetable or pancake with lots of toast butter and jam. Accompanied by tea or coffee, fruit juice and a fruit plate to finish we found lunch unnecessary. A good choice for dinner with various Sri Lankan dishes all very tasty. It's just 100 metres to the beach. A stunning stretch of empty coastline. Walk north to the right, no beach buildings for kilometres. South to the left has a few small hotels in about 800 metres and a kilometre further on the incongruous Sheraton monstrosity, fortunately way out of view. The staff are all excellent. Friendly and helpful. the owner is able to arrange any assistance you need or leave you to your own planning. Airport pick up, onward taxi transfer, local tours all can be attached. Exactly what we wanted, a spotlessly clean quiet friendly place for a few days strolling the beaches.

Colonial small hotel with 4 rooms and restaurant placed in very peaceful coconut area, near to ocean and Laguna. Very comfortable rooms with clean pool. All facilities at disposal 4 star quality.
Pleasant stay
Reviewed By W8523OTlucytWe stayed here for 3 nights. When we arrived we were shown to our room. It was 2 metres by 3 metres with a 4ft bed. The bathroom was tiny, you could only fit 1 person in at a time. My husband asked if they had anything bigger and they gave us a family room, which had 2 king size beds. We had to pay extra, but it was worth it. There are no mosquito nets, plug ins or coils here, unlike the 8 other properties we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. so make sure you bring something as I got badly bitten in the night. The gardens and pools are lovely. The staff were friendly but the WiFi was sketchy. The food was average but expensive, so we tended to have our dinner elsewhere. They had card payment available but wanted to charge a percentage to use a debit card. Including our own bank charges it is wise to pay cash. All in all We had a pleasant stay and it was only a 500mtr walk to the beautiful unspoilt Kosgoda beach.

The garden is very big and kept in big order, good place to relax. The common areas are also very spacious for good and comfortable relaxing. Copious house breakfast with excellent tropical foods. Nearby on the hill an amazing buddhist temple, with excellent view to the bay of Koskoda. We can only recommend!
