Scammers, do not stay here
Reviewed By HiimcailinDo not book this place! I booked online and they refused to check us in, they wouldn't even look us up in th computer and I couldn't even get a refund. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the phone line was busy. We waited over a half an hour, ringing the bell, trying to call, etc. Finally a guy came to the window, he'd o viouslt been sleeping and was drunk or under the influence. He just started screaming at us that he didn't have any rooms and he had to leave. I told him we had a prepaid reservation, but he refused to check the computer and just kept telling at us to leave. It was not a safe situation and we ended up walking around after midnight trying to find another hotel last minute. We walked to the nearest hotel where they told us that this happens several times a week. Guests try to check in from online reservations and the hotel refuses to check them in or says they don't have a reservations and also refuses to refund them. Scam alert! Don't risk it.

Impolite, no shower, no service at reception
Reviewed By r121212This place is a real s...hole: Stayed there on New Year's Eve 2021 and - the check-in receptionist was incredibly rude (essentially telling me off for telling her that "no, we won't smoke in the room, I got it"; she seriously started threatening me loudly ("we throw you out, no refund") when I said "We both don't smoke so no worries about not smoking!"; - the shower didn't work: the water was cold only and the pin didn't direct it to the showerhead, one could only fill the bathtub (with cold water, that is); - when we needed a cab to get to LAX from there, the receptionist refused to call us one. Yes, it's not expensive and close to the airport, but still, this is a no-service-at-all dump - stay away if you possibly can.

Conveniently located in proximity to all popular attractions: Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Venice & Santa Monica beaches. from Los Angeles International Airport; Hollywood Park Casino and the Los Angeles Forum are less than 2 miles away. The city bus line arrives with 1 block.

Reviewed By trigonometry1hotel was ok clean but ok. very outdated, we was charged $5 for remote deposit which was returned . They need to start updating this place at least new paint and some better looking bed sheets. Felt really safe in the neighborhood.Uber prices out of the world:( .

Reviewed By Patrick MRecommend avoiding this property We had several issues with our stay, with both the property and the land lord. - [ ] The property has a serious mold issue. The smell is unpleasantly strong - [ ] The wardrobe in the back bed room was unusable due to the smell - [ ] The kitchen sink did not drain making cleaning dishes difficult - [ ] There were no mugs, there were few utensils, the coffee machine did not work - [ ] The bathroom didn’t have any towel racks- it made housing 6 people difficult even just for 3 nights as we had to share the 2 bathrooms and struggled for towel space - [ ] Isaac, the landlord, tried to charge us for holding a fourth car despite the Airbnb advert saying we could park a fourth car - [ ] Isaac requested a disproportionate amount of money after we checked out for stains on towels that were machine washable and dishes left in the sink. My expectation would be that the cleaning staff would be readily able to deal with what I would consider routine clean up.
