Reviewed By greg_wandersMy wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022. It is very reasonably priced for the location and amenities. Even though it's not on the beach, it is 1-2 minutes walk to a beautiful spot by the beach. The property has 2 swimming pools which are well maintained and an onsite restaurant (adults and kids). Onsite parking available as well. The breakfast was included and well worth the price. Even the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room even though it was basic, was clean, hot water was available and the beds were comfortable. TV had English channels as well. WiFi was ok. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any requests. (like drinking water for the room or extra towels) It's a very peaceful place to stay and gets all the basics right. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Pagudpud.

Reviewed By Hyena60I have been staying at this resort for some years now and I always seem to come back here even though I have tried other resorts in this area. The service is OK, staff are friendly and accommodating. My only negative point is that it is hard to get restaurant/bar staff's attention. They are too busy with other things sitting with their back away from you. Sometimes you have to call them 3 times to get your spoon/fork or pepper/salt or service water. But still, over all a pleasant stay here. Quiet and peaceful most of the time.

Reviewed By MMM98Stayed with my fam during the Holy Week. It was quite a long trip considering the traffic. But as they say, a beautiful experience is worth all the effort. The resort is located in the far end of Patar beach and is away from the crowd. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beach is clean with fine beige sand and has quite a scenic view. Food is always available and stay comes with a buffet breakfast. But for us, what sets them apart from other resorts is the staff. You immediately feel welcome the moment you arrive. Staff greets you as they pass by and they find ways to answer questions and attend to your requests. Truly a stress free stay! The only thing lacking are lounge chairs/beds along the sandy beach to complete the full ambiance of relaxation. But all in all, this place is highly recommended

Reviewed By ed MRooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff very courteous. Restaurant tends to get very crowded at night. Nice place to stay for the island hopping. Park is a few feet from the entrance and a nice place to stroll at night or to catch the sunrise. Several places to eat less than 2 minutes walk.

Reviewed By backpacktraveler894Under construction building with NO safety prevention to workers, I was hit by the fallen debris, bad Location Inside the inner part congested area, Staff are not train at all, reception is staff is lost in mind, Owner, the lady is all after collections of revenue, from overprice empanada, to massage service were the therapists are not trained, they do not know what they are doing. The Room price is average similar to thier competitor but mind the service does not value your money at all. The beach is good but it is a public. I ask one of the staff why they are not so keen to work and told me they haven't had breakfast yet as the owner did not bother to give, it was 3pm.. Some lady staff who are Therapies does perform extra service in exchange for money (but plead not to tell the owner cause they will also get the share for extra service) They said they are underpaid at PHP150 per day. We did not enjoy our stay at all with my Family. We supposed to stay 3 nights but decide to transfer to other opposite Hotel and recover our disappointment.

Reviewed By dadimakdetailIt's just a sneeze away Vigan and Bantay. There's a lot of sinanglaoans around! There's enough parking but this is during the covid pandemic. I assume parking wouldn't be enough if the hotel is full. The room as good for its price. The only thing that I didn't like is the water pressure in the bathroom. We're the only guest during our stay but the water is so weak that we asked for a dipper and a pail so we can just let the water flow until we have enough to use.

Prior to leaving for La Union, I tried to get in touch with them through Facebook, IG, and text. I got initial responses of greetings only and they never replied after. My friend had to call them to continue with the transaction. It was not a good start to a vacation. We managed to book the standard room for 2 for 1880 pesos for an overnight stay. As mentioned, this is where most of the considerations in the review revolves around in. Location The hotel is along the road. You cannot miss it because its almost beside other famous business in San Juan. It is very accessible to the bars, 5 minute walk to the beach behind, restaurants are all within walking distance as well. However, parking is limited. They only have a small space infront which can accomodate 3 vehicles. All others have to park along the road. The building has their own EL Navi restaurant in the first floor. For a first timer, you would not know where to go. We arrived at 3pm and the restaurant was closed from 2 to 5pm for breaktime. There was a small space beside the resto entrance which leads to the stairs going up. There was no sign so we had to contact the poc we dealt with. He came down and greeted us. The reception was in the 2nd floor lobby. We were showed to our room, it was a lot smaller than what we expected. Upon researching online, the standard room appeared to be different and had a bigger space. We were also not given our key not until after 5pm because the person who is in charge of checking in, who was working in the restaurant was on break. Activities Since the hotel is situated in the best location, everything is within reach. They actually have a list of places you can tour outside the restaurant which you can ask the staff to help you plan. However, since San Juan is a surf capital, it's should be top priority. Although the hotel does not employ surfers for their guests, the beach behind the hotel has a hut where surfers hang out and can assist you. Good night sleep Despite the room being too small for comfort, we were actually able to sleep soundly. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was really cold which was good. Value for money Overall, this place deserves a 3 star mainly because it is affordable. You get what you pay for. It is a simple surf hotel with standard amenities.

Came here to have lunch, the food was great, some topped at amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodation to view the rooms and the facility. The beach is good for surfing, if not for strong winds maybe a dip on the rocks is ok. This area is close to Dos Hemanos rocks. For now internet is only available at the resto, Globe signal is none existent here. You'd have a transport to visit this place, the price point here is mid range to high. #RP
