Outside appearance was not very promising but once inside all changed and very happy with stopover.
Reviewed By toyotaManchesterFirst night's stop on a short drive around this area of Spain after arriving at Seville airport about 10-15 minutes away.First thoughts were - what have we done- just looked like Truck stop.However, the room we were given was very comfortable with aircon and TV. It was undergoing some refurbishment and so the usual restaurant was closed but they were still able to provide a good (shortened) menu which kept us going for the evening and following mornings breakfast. So new rule - don't be put off by first appearances.

Don't judge by first impressions!
Reviewed By wanderersbarrieFirst impressions are often incorrect! A little concerned when we walked into a bar with ham hocks hanging! Very little English spoken, so be prepared! Once inside the 'hotel' section, discovered rooms were basic, but very clean and comfortable! No elevators but that is not uncommon in a lot of older properties. Very busy with truck traffic as well as local patrons. Formal dining room wasn't open to us but looked quite lovely. Breakfast served in a section closed off from the bar area and was substantial and tasty. This is not your international 'chain' hotel, but rather one that serves locals and tourists equally well. Staff friendly and tried very hard to understand our very limited Spanish. If you want an authentic travel experience rather than a cookie cutter chain, give this place a try!

The Hotel Palmero is a comfortable hotel located in the service area of the A-4, km 523 , from the hotel you have an easy access to Seville and all directions, meeting minutes from the airport, the Santa Train Justa, Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions, Olympic Stadium, Isla de la Cartuja and the monumental city of Carmona . It was built in 1992.
Perfect location close to Seville airport
Reviewed By BrendaS821We chose this hotel because we were arriving at Seville airport late. It is a few minutes drive from the airport, just off the A4. This hotel is not fancy, but it is very clean and quiet with spacious rooms. There is lots of parking so it was perfect for us with a rental car. We stayed here 2 nights and used it as a base for visiting Cordoba and a couple of charming towns(Carmona) between the hotel and Cordoba. As others have mentioned, this hotel unfortunately doesn't have a restaurant and not even a vending machine to buy cold drinks. The 2 guys in reception were very accommodating in supplying us with ice at least. There is a restaurant a few meters in the front of the hotel but it shuts down quite early. There is another restaurant a few hundred meters away but you practically need to drive there. Wifi was free and worked fine. All in all, good value for the money when you want to be close to the airport.

Noisy, but Ok for a single night
Reviewed By 832LarsBHotel San Pedro is a traditional small hotel with bar / restaurant where You can enjoy your Pan con Tomate and a Cafe´Solo. You find free parking very close and there is only a short walk to the local supermarket and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from restaurant Almazara de Carmona where You will find a fairly impressive wine list with Vega Sicila. The hotel is noisy (both internal and external) and the beds could do with an upgrade. Aircon ok. Wifi only works at the rooms closes the stairs!

Street noise ruined visit.
Reviewed By Anna Jane SGood sized rooms, bathroom with basic cooking facilities. Unfortunately our room faced onto the street ... & the street noise ruined our stay. Our apartment was very dark, but clean & well serviced with good wifi. Arrived at 2 pm to be told "Parking Completo" despite specify when requesting. Found close but under ground parking for about €30 for 24 hours. Quaint town to wander around, limited dining choices ... but a good location to day trip to Seville & Cordoba (we bussed to Seville - great option). Would only stay here again if had internal room!!

Silent but no air conditioning
Reviewed By 832LarsBThis place is a monastery and VERY quiet, which is nice. It is situated just next to Plaza San Fernando, where You will find lots of bars, life and noise. The single room was fine - small but with a good bed, table and chair and a simple bathroom. Everything very clean. I had wifi in the room that worked well. There is NO air conditioning but just a noisy fan. For that reason I will not recommend this place from June to September. I stayed in September where it was 37 degrees, and I did not have a lot of sleep for that reason.
