For travelers nowadays we have the advantage to give feedbacks and help others to make good choices, that’s why we appreciate TripAdvisor so much .Chez Maman is a very affordable Hotel / restaurant In Geneva.The restaurant has a great chef ! We enjoyed every single dish on the menue. For those of you that enjoy great cuisine it is worth to mention that the restaurant should definitely be in in the Michelin Guide. All in all the hotel is absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the Life Music nights so much !The location is convenient as the tram station that takes you just in a few minutes to the heart of Geneva downtown is just a short walk from the hotel . The rooms are very modern and pristine clean and the entire staff a true gem ! We are definitely coming back ! Thank you very much for making our stay so wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and always there for you! You really feel welcomed here.Merci to the owner Mr Michel, Miss Julia for preparing the best cappuccino every morning.Miss Florence and Sophie with Matthieu from the restaurant.Thank you as well for Leonardo and Letizia from housekeeping and Miss Louisa. Reviewed By Adriana_spiaThe restaurant staff was incredibly RUDE, which being our wedding day and having chosen their accommodation to celebrate our special day is incredibly DISRESPECTFUL!! We made a reservation for their restaurant via phone, and asked them for a special table/decoration for our wedding day. We went there right after our ceremony (all dressed up), and arrived 5-10 minutes late. We were received very unpleasantly and they had not make any arrangements for our table. Furthermore, they made sure to make us feel rushed and unwelcome for all of our time there. The waiter was specially rude. He even gave us a sermon for being late, and sadly enough, purposely wanting us to feel bad. Ironically, we were not even the last group of clients in the restaurant, making it even more unnecessary and out of line. We were all dressed up and obviously just out of the courthouse. That is not the way to treat your clients any day, but specially not the day of their wedding, particularly when they have honored your establishment enough to make it part of it. We will never recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone !!!

Reviewed By Mohit14This isn't a hotel per se. There are 10 room in the main building and 6 rooms in the other building. The main building also has kitchen and laundry . The hotel is located a little far from main city in the industrial area but they provide free transport card. The kitchen is a common shared by guest. A very basic breakfast is provided at additional cost of CHF/EUR 5 per day. Room are pretty decent in size and comfortable. The do cleaning twice a week. Free wifi is also provided. Preferable for someone looking for a longer stay. There is no reception and office is onlyopen during certain hours of the week day. So make sure you know your room number before hand in case you are coming at night or weekend.

Reviewed By ALP777I stayed at Hotel Restaurant Kuchi, on a business trip to locality. I was only there during evenings so it suited my requirements. Welcoming, clean & comfortable - a bit dated and basic - but good value for region. Back of hotel is quieter from road noise. The restaurant looks good, and the aromas nice -although I didn't eat there.

Reviewed By andyA8076QLDingy. All a bit dingy & dirty, unfriendly personnel starting at check-in and continuing with (all at Novotel, who do not treat the resident‘s guests as theirs). Genevians are actually friendly people. But not here. Price to quality is low. Not a place to return to.

Reviewed By Rhys PHotel may be more attractive in the summer, but on a dull wet January day, the rooms suffered from inadequate lighting, the kitchenettes were useless as there were no utensils, kettle or anything else and the beds were utilitarian and uncomfortable with pillows that evaporated to nothing as your head rested on them. I would find somewhere else next time I am in the area

Reviewed By semapatineChalet situé sur le terrain des propriétaires, spacieux, très agréable et très confortable: un grand séjour avec TV, une belle chambre avec literie confortable, une 3° pièce faisant office de chambre d'enfant et cuisine. Endroit très calme et reposant. Une belle terrasse très agréable sans aucun vis à vis. Aucune gêne avec les propriétaires, très discrets. Accueil sympathique. Bus pour Genève à 300/400 mètres. Le lac n'est pas à 500m comme indiqué mais à 2.3 km. Ce serait parfait si: - le coq des voisins -dont le poulailler jouxte le chalet - ne chantait pas de (très) bon matin... mais c'est vrai que les propriétaires n'y peuvent pas grand chose; - si il y avait un évier dans le coin cuisine (équipé d'un frigo, d'un micro-onde, d'une cafetière, d'un grille pain, et de vaisselle). En son absence, obligation d'aller chercher de l'eau dans la salle de bains ou d'y faire la vaisselle (sauf pour celle du petit déjeuner dont le propriétaire se charge) ... pas pratique du tout... ; - une petite remise à niveau était effectuée: une porte de placard cassée posée à côté, des cadres non posés, quelques ampoules grillées... mais tout cela n'est pas très génant; - enfin si le petit déjeuner était un peu plus généreux (un peu plus de beurre, un plus grand choix de confiture, des croissants plus frais... mais excellent pain).

Reviewed By Nathalie GWe booked two rooms in this hotel because it was close to the airport where we had to catch a flight at 6 AM. The corridors are long, sad and dark, the rooms are poorly furnished, with old and ugly furniture, the windows giving on a noisy boulevard are very dirty. My daughter sat on the bed and it collapsed. The bathroom door was rotten by humidity. And while I was in the shower, the water did not run inside but outside and bathes the floor. The staff is nice but not numerous enough so that when you go to reception asking them to come and repair they can not move, since there is no one else. They tried to call the manager, but there was no answer. The price 200 euros for one room only can not be justified.
