We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for us especially Emilio. Good location in the old town of Benidorm, not far from the beach. Room was spotless. Traditional Spanish breakfast was lovely. Will definitely be going back & would highly recommend.

Located next to the Paseo de la Carretera, the busiest street in Benidorm, you will find this charming accommodation in the heart of the city. This is a completely refurbished in June 2010 and converted into a charming hotel of only 17 rooms that will surprise you. Its rooms cuatricolores give harmony to your rooms. The walls reflected the history of the city, with dozens of old photographs of the 50, 60 and 70, provided by the well-known local photographer Francis Perez Bayonne, "Quico". In them you can see a city without skyscrapers and everyday moments of life Benidormenses. When pedestrian area, you can not access by car to the hotel, the nearest car parks are at Market Street # 5, and Ruzafa Street # 10, both less than 100 meters. A quiet corner next to the busiest area of the city. And what is most important to less than 100 meters from the beautiful Levante beach, in short comfort, privileged but without giving up the quiet.

1:) The location is fantastic 2:) The team looking after the apartments are wonderful, after a huge delay they were still here to greet us 3:) Great communication throughout, answering any questions that we had 5:) We were given a later check out time due to having an evening flight at no extra charge 4:) Yes, it’s a little dated but has everything that you need, even things to didn’t know you needed 5:) Yes you can hear noise, why would you plonk yourself in the centre of Benidorm and then complain about it? The noise isn’t bothering us at all and is nowhere near as loud as we anticipated 6:) There’s a pool onsite that’s bigger than we imagined, there are no loungers but there are tables, chairs and benches. Plus a shaded grassy area should you need a few minutes away from the sun 7:) Various shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep 8:) We had a sea view! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach ( Tiki entrance ) Definitely worth the money!

I stayed at the Buenos Aires apartments in Benidorm as part of a spur of the moment trip with my 2 friends. As we arrived, we were pleased to see that the apartments had free parking. We were greeted by the porter whom had been in touch to arrange an arrival time that day. We were stunned when we got into the apartment by the views of both beaches on either side of the apartment from both balconies. We spent most of our trip chilling out going from one balcony to the other, it was lush. When we did venture out, both of the beaches are a 5 minute walk from the apartment and very close to the main drag by the beach. The pool had also recently re-opened and it was clean with the perfect temperature. I booked the same accommodation for another trip to Benidorm in a couple of weeks with my partner. Superb.

Buen sítio pero sin lujos

Reviewed By JlorenzoBoquete

Great Stay

Reviewed By Stephen M

On our first day at Estudios RH Sol we were greeted with a notice on the door saying pick up the keys from the main hotel 100 meters back along the street. W had already walked past the main hotel when we found this out. Hardly a big inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have been told on the booking paperwork that the check in would be at the main hotel. When we picked up our keys we were allocated room 4A on the top floor. There is no lift in this building so if you are not great at lugging your suitcase up 4 flights of quite tight stairs you may want to request a lower floor or perhaps stay at the main RH Sol Hotel which has lifts. Our room was great very spacious. It had a fridge and a small cooker in it along with a microwave some plates and cutlery separate bathroom with bath and shower and all the usual facilities. The Air conditioning was great and there was a TV Which I don’t believe initially had any UK channels. We had a great wrap around balcony overlooking Levante beach that was only 50 meters away. Probably the biggest balcony on the building. The balcony had a table and three chairs although one was removed a week into our stay. We had some minor issues during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed the Bidet was cracked where it was fastened to the floor. This was changed very shortly after our arrival without us even requesting it. We couldn’t get the TV or Air Con to work properly so after our first breakfast the sent the maintenance man over and he sorted it all out. He also made the request of the reception that they pump some UK channels through to our TV. So, we had BBC News BBC 1 and 2 CBBC for the duration of our stay. Housekeeping was every day and those members of staff were very hard working, and very friendly. Breakfast is served in the restaurant of the main hotel between 8 and 10 every day. It is a help yourself type of buffet. Probably aimed more at the continental taste than British but we found it very tasty and substantial. Check in was very efficient. We booked through Hotels.com and had made our booking as pay at the hotel. We had been fed up over the last 18 months of sometimes having to wait ages on refunds for cancelled trips. We tried in Broken Spanish the first few days to get the hotel to take the payment. Then realised that they wanted paying at the end of the trip. The hotel provided an in room safe at €10 per week with a €10 deposit which is returned on the return of the key. The reception Staff were accommodating and friendly with all and any enquiries during our stay. Over all we had a fantastic 2 weeks as guests of Estudios RH Sol and would certainly use them again for any return visit to the Old Town of Benidorm. Located less that 100 meters from Tapas Alley, and some of the most popular Bars in the Old town, 50 meters from Gin and Tonic Street and 100 meters from Walking Street, the location is almost impossible to beat. The staff were a credit to the RH Hotels group a company whose Hotels we had not stayed in before, I believe we mall make a point of look at other hotels in the group as well. Now we have had such a good experience. Be aware these old Buildings in the Old Town sometimes don’t always have lifts and you will find a very welcoming home from home and base for your holiday
