Reviewed By G2KpaulyI ended up staying here 3 nights as wanted good wifi and hot and cold water free. Well that made it a nice stay and it's not a bad location just dark streets at night so watch your back. It was clean enough except acouple of bugs I found. I'd stay again when back in Bacolod.

A Wonderful Find and Stay
Reviewed By Tony OI could not find any other word to describe 11th Street B&B but wonderful. Employees including their security guards are friendly and always ready to help. The wait staff are so nice that makes having breakfast which is included with the room rate very pleasant. Food is simple but well prepared by their good cooks. You can eat your meal with convenience and in peace just outside your room. WIFI is excellent and fast. No hotel in the Philippines can beat the WIFI service of this place. The whole place has a very homey ambience and very unpretentious. Employees make you feel at home at 11th Pension House. Nice plants add to a more relaxed feel. The whole place don't look like a pension or a hotel. My room is clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping is always available. Taxi is available. Public transportations are found in Lacson St. Eateries are not a problem. They have their own good laundry service. Seniors are warmly welcome. Pension has 2 floors. No lift but employees are ready to help. I was really amazed with the place and all employees. I will surely stay again at 11th St B&B when I go back to Bacolod. I will look no farther anymore.

Got forced to check out
Reviewed By janelleirishleyvaWe stayed for 2 weeks in GT Hotel because our hometown was affected by Odette and there was no electricity, everything was very good until the last hours of our stay where we were forced to check out eventhough we have scheduled a PAID extended stay. We were advised that someone will occupy the room. What infuriated me most was I wasn't told earlier by Wella the front desk officer at that time who even saw us went out of the hotel 2 hours before the check out, that they confirmed a booking though we already talked a night before that we are extending and paying for an extension of 2-3 hours. She called me to confirm our check out and I told her of our expected checkout as agreed the night before but I was told that we have to vacate the room at 2pm because someone will arrive to check in. They made it sound that there were no other family rooms other than ours than can be occupied even though the hotel was not really fully booked. We totally love the service of the other staff but this one incident made a huge negative impression to us. GT Hotel became our home for that two-week stay in the typhoon devastated province. Just so disappointed how were treated.

Reviewed By Randy YI said before that I would be back and here I am on the same business trip. Nothing much has changed. The room is neat and clean. But the signal for mobile phone goes to zero. I did not receive an important message while we were inside the room. They need to make an improvement on that. Also I noticed no one is there to assist you at night. Not a good experience though. Planning to stay here on my next business trip? The answer is a big MAYBE......

Worst stay ever!
Reviewed By michelle n-Very dirty room. When we arrived, the room has no towel or blankets provided for us wherein I had to ask the receptionist to provide us. Not even a single soap or tissue was seen inside the bathroom. Even the bathroom was so outdated and very filthy. I ask for a remote for their old tv but they don’t have one. Some channels are not in service -No restaurant -Wifi’s not even working -Staff can enter our room without asking any permission. In short, your important personal belongings are not safe to leave inside the room. -The guard himself doesn’t have any idea about the place to which it seems that he was the tourist and not us. -booked for 1 large bed but was given 2 single bed

Excellent Option for my Stay in Bacolod!

It is new in the website so it did not have any reviews yet when I was making my reservation. Though I already prepaid it for my stay, I decided to look for another place to stay. This hotel is located about 2 blocks away from the above hostel. It has 2 buildings and my room is located at the new one. It has elevator, fast wifi, newish beddings, clean bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV, etc. Breakfast is buffet style and is FREE! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also met the Owner during my stay. There are small restaurants along the street where this hotel is located. The Cathedral, Plaza, and public market are about 5-7 minute walk away. Highly recommended to stay due to the above reasons!

Good enough for the price
Reviewed By Kirsten RThe place is located on an old office building along Lacson St. We went here during this year's Masskara Festival and strategically, the hotel is near the plaza where all the events took place and Manokan Country (best go to place for chicken inasal). However, there is no elevator and you have to climb 2 stories to reach the rooms. The food was great though and cheap! They have good cooks :) Rooms are spacious and has a stable wi-fi. This is not a trendy hotel but very ideal for those who will be out the whole day and want a good rest.
