We had one vegan guest and the staff never lost sight of this. The room sizes are excellent. The buffet was varied and fresh. The daily room service was faultless. It would be helpful to replenish the water within the mini fridges every day. Would defintiely return

Reviewed By mikeg123456789Just back from 1 week All Inclusive 1 Father and 1 Daughter (16). My 5 stars are for this hotel at the price point I paid. It’s not saying it’s a 5 star hotel but it’s a 5 star score for the price point. CHECK IN Check in was quick and then we had the porters and golf cart buggy ride to our room up the hill at block 35. This was the farthest room away but probably because we paid much cheapness. ROOM The room was really big with loads of space for us. 2 single beds with a gap but plenty room around the bed area and plenty storage and floor space. Safe was free too. Cleanliness was good too. Towels changed every day and beds made etc. what more do you need. GYM Small but functional gym with just enough to keep you ticking over. Didn’t use spa. There are also 6 tennis courts as well as volleyball court POOLS Main 2 pools plus kids pool where there was music each day as well as daily entertainment from the reps. Pools were clean and cool. Another pool where the reps left you alone so you could go there if you preferred to be left in peace. Good music too. Both pool areas had a bar and drinks were plenty. ENTERTAINMENT The team worked hard each day to get people to take part in the daily activities such as darts, table tennis, shuffle board, football. Evening ents was standard Spanish entertainment. Not great but not bad and enough to keep you going. There is a great indoor play area for youths with pool, air hockey, video games and popcorn machine etc. very clean and modern. Mini golf was ok but it’s on concrete so not the best. FOOD We went all inclusive so had all meals. The breakfast had plenty of choices be it healthy or cooked and everything inbetween. Replenished constantly and all very clean. Lunch was again good with something for everyone in the standard buffet style but lots of choices. Evening meal had themes such as Mexican, Italian and fish etc. again very good choice and lots of great desserts. There was a pizza restaurant you could pay for pizza around €9-12. The All Inclusive allowed you to use ‘Snack Corner’ inside from 1030-1730 every day. This was done really well with salad, toasty machine plus fillings as well as pasta n sauce, hot dogs, burgers and some sweet treats and yoghurts. An excellent selection for snacks as oppose to your normal all inclusive snacks. Overall we thought the food was great for an all inclusive. This complex is vast and spread over a large area rising uphill from reception. They also give you pool towels daily if required at no cost. The supermarket on site was very reasonably priced and had all the little things you need as well as snacks , souvenirs and beach toys. There are 2 great beaches about 5-10 mins walk downhill and the first one has a great little beach and a cracking restaurant. Snorkelling here is a must as the fish are literally swimming around your ankles in knee deep water. €10 taxi into San Antonio so only a few mins away. Various boat trips to see the sunset etc with booze included and c SDC snorkelling and paddle boarding. Overall this was a last minute holiday for father and daughter after the stress of her exams. This was far better than I expected for what I paid, we were only £700 ish all in for the week with flights on top. My wife missed out here for a last minute getaway as she had to work. Highly recommend and we would defo come back as although you’re in San Antonio, Ibiza, you’re far enough away to relax and do Ibiza your own way without clubbing til 0600. All the staff from check in to bar staff to restaurant staff to check in staff to ants team were all polite and courteous.

Reviewed By paultS6979BCWe had a great stay between 1-8 June 2022. The hotel was clean, the staff were really friendly and the food was great. The entertainment team were a lot of fun, and my two boys, aged 9 and 6, had a wonderful time. Silvana, the aqua aerobics instructor was particularly fun. It is quite a young crowd given it's Ibiza but it was also a lot of fun to be there with the family. The only issue was with the older lifeguard who tried to take my umbrella round the pool!

The hotel is located on the seafront of the San Antonio Bay, 25 min from the airport and 17 km from the centre of Ibiza. In addition, the centre of San Antonio is only 4 km away. The establishment has single and twin rooms , all are equipped with a full bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, plasma TV , free safe, and balcony. Some have views of the sea. The hotel has one pool for adults and one pool for children with a lounge chair area. The hotel has a gym, a TV room, a pool table, and limited parking spaces. Breakfast buffet (8:00 am to 11:00 am), lunch (1:30 pm to 3:00 pm), and dinner service (7:30 pm to 9:30 pm) with a cooking show. Drinks are served in the bar next to the pool from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and warm snacks are served from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. The hotel has entertainment and shows. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day . Check-in begins at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. There is free Wi-Fi, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel.
Front desk staff rude and unhelpful, unacceptable Cleanliness

Discovered a major issue with our room, although the manager did come and take a look they stated there was nothing they could do, having paid for late check out we wished to get a refund due to the room issues. Staff at front desk were very unhelpful and told us we could not speak to the management again.
