Reviewed By A6649XEemmacJust returned from a week here with friends and family and although overall had a lovely holiday there were lots of points that let this hotel down. Service was hit and miss - we felt like most of the time we were looking to get the attention for someone to serve us whether this be by the poolside or in the restaurants. Often orders would be incorrect when they did arrive, one morning we asked 3 different staff members for our breakfast order to later discover it had not been put through at all - we eventually got our breakfast 45 minutes later. The food choice for evening meals is very limited for a 5* hotel and we very quickly got bored with what was on offer. The hotel is very focused on it’s image when more focus should be on consistent service. The hotel is in a a lovely location it’s very scenic with great sea views but there isn’t a great deal to do in the area. The rooftop pool is beautiful for a day visit. We wouldn’t personally stay for longer than a day or 2 again.

Lovely hotel
Reviewed By T3440GJpatriciaoRooms were too small. Not enough clothing space. Don't think the bed was changed in the 9 nights we were there. So let down by the nightly entertainment, it was diabolical for kids and adults. Never stayed in a hotel where the entertainment was so bad. Went out at night because we couldn't stand the noise from the entertainment area.

Hotel Atlantic by LLUM is set 200 metres from Es Canar Beach, in Ibiza. There is an outdoor pool, gym, sauna and hot tub. All air-conditioned apartments and studios have a private balcony.
Perfect for us
Reviewed By Paul EWe spent the half term holiday here (late May/early June) as part of a package with Jet2. It's a great hotel - rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It's technically an Aparthotel, which means you can stay self-catering and there's a small kitchen which is hidden away discretely in a wall cupboard in the lounge area, but you can also book half-board for meals in the restaurant. It's equipped to prepare breakfasts and the odd lunch or evening meal and then mix it up with meals out in restaurants in Es Canar. The Atlantic is well located for a short walk to the harbour and beach and just minutes from the small bus station and taxi rank for trips further afield. All of the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly - a particular note of thanks to the welcome given to us by the night receptionist, when we arrived in the early hours, three hours late following a delayed flight. We'd happily return.

Lovely hotel, fully modernised
Reviewed By susanmP2351DPRecent refurbishment has done wonders at this hotel. It is possible to have showers so strong that water gets through even my thick hair. The lobby is always beautifully cool and welcoming. It is just on the edge of Es Canar so not noisy for sleeping but still only 5 minute walk to centre. Also very close to hippy market Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Isabel in particular

Es Canar and Cala Nova sandy Beaches are both a 5-minute walk away. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close enough to restaurants, bars and shops. Ideal for your laid back family or couples holidays.

Reviewed By Linda AWe went here simply because we have had a few cancelled holidays, was scared of getting COVID, got COVID anyway and said right that’s it we’re away. Read reviews, looked at price, hesitated for three days..and then bit the bullet. and boy am I glad we did. Had a lovely week,staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. Carla the animations coordinator works really hard all day, as do all of the staff. We went not expecting much food wise, but we’re pleasantly surprised. There is always something to eat. Salads are lovely as is the fish and pasta. The short walk to the beach makes this a great base and also having lovely entertainment a stones throw from the hotel. Basic hotel entertainment, but drinks were superb. Could not fault them in any way. We had a room with a pool view, basic but spotless and cleaned every day. Fresh towels daily and beautiful towels they were. Never seen any as thick before. Plenty of hot water for your showers, only thing I would say I missed in the room was a small fridge, but I do believe you can hire one. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and it is really good. Also the free WiFi is brilliant. You can literally get it anywhere. We never had any problems with it. In fact I would say it was one of the best WiFi s we’ve came across. All in all a brilliant holiday for a fantastic price. To a hotel who is definitely ticking all the boxes to improve there rating. L

Good Stay but not what it used to be.
Reviewed By 4mirk9woodThe Hotel itself is excellent. Very clean excellent facilities very good location. All the staff go out of the way to be helpful. The only thing that let it down was the quality of the food. There was always plenty to eat but nothing like it was pre-covid days The meals were very repetiitive meatballs every other day and not a very good selection of fish meals. Sadly no longer any Gala Nights. Still had a good Holiday.

Small time of normality
Reviewed By GirlsonTour12We have just managed to find a small window of normality at these quaint apartments Arriving 20th July to be met by the owner, a wonderful friendly elderly gentleman. The apartment had 2 single beds in a bedroom and a Single bed in the living room. The kitchen area was well equipped, even though we didn’t cook whilst there. There was a good sized fridge and small freezer compartment. The air conditioning was great and didn’t make the normal annoying humming noise during the night. The bathroom was small and only had a shower, just in case anyone was expecting a bath! The hairdryer was better than my dyson one at home ! There were plug sockets in all areas. The balcony was small but had 4 chairs, small table and a clothes rail on it. The view was wonderful....overlooking the small harbour and the beach. We had to be more organised than usual as beach bars and shops were closed. We walked up to the supermarket every evening to stock up on drinks for the following day. We had taken small cool bags and ice blocks with us. There was only one beach bar open on Es Cana beach. When it came to leaving a week later the owner came to wave us off. We felt so sad to leave. Hopefully the quarantine rules will be lifted soon and we can visit this little gem again
