Reviewed By KnoxLiebmanThis was a wonderful place to stop. The room was exceptionally clean. I feel like the $$$ was a little high for Poplar Bluff. In fact I believe I saw $105 during the search but we paid $135 w taxes etc a bit over $150. Oh well.

Newest hotel in Poplar Bluff offering beautiful guest rooms with home-inspired decor. Rooms have either one or two queen sized beds. All rooms have a refrigerator, flat screen cable TV, free wi-fi, free parking and are pet friendly. Extended stay suites with kitchens are also available. You will find a friendly smile and free coffee available in the lobby area as well as a variety of vending machines. Beautiful rooms and friendly service at an affordable price.

Reviewed By R4494RLlindafWe have enjoyed our night here at the Poplar Bluff Motel 6. A basic room with kind people and reasonable rates even for a holiday stay. Clean and warm fairly quite. We will stay here agin when we come to visit.

clean hotel awful Manager
Reviewed By PhilC24Although my stay was great this review is mainly about the shady manager Tammy! I left a shaving kit there and told them to hold as i thought id be back again at that location. a couple weeks later i had called back letting them know i wouldn’t make it back there . The front desk clerk said she would let Tammy know and it would be sent . She also said she had saw it on Tammy’s desk so i waited 3 weeks and never received it. When i called back and finally talk to Tammy she said we only keep things 30 days and threw it away. So not only am i out a 100$ trimmer bet the absolute run around i got was ridiculous.. No offer of points or anything.. I more than likely will never step foot on that property as ling as she is running it !

Reviewed By 205anneketNot a typical Comfort Inn. So humid in rooms that the floor was damp. There was mold in and around the A/C unit and on the bathroom ceiling. I found dead ants on the bed and live ones around the waffle maker. There were live roaches in the fridge. DO NOT STAY

Horrible
Reviewed By tommH8662NYFor many years I've traveled with my small dog. I mainly went to La Quinta because that chain was about the only one that would accept a dog.. It seems that Wyndham has bought up quite a few smaller chains like La Quinta and Super 8. As a La Quinta rewards member, now a Wyndham rewards member, I have more choices for hotels. Many also now accept pets. Unfortunately the hotels like this Super 8 are low end, dirty beyond belief and seriously in need of basic upgrades. Also, the Wyndham rewards program requires about double the points my original La Quinta program used for a free night. I may end my support of Wyndham in light of the poor quality of the facilities and the more expensive rewards plan. I will never stay at this particular hotel ever again.

Wonderful Stay
Reviewed By clara1kattieWhat a wonderful surprise we discovered in this too cute lodge. My family came from Springfield to meet up here; it was half way for both of us. My grandchildren LOVED this place. Ruby the Manager was wonderful to deal with as well as the entire staff. We stayed in the cabin and one of the rooms. Everything was perfect for a Thanksgiving celebration. Not to mention it was nice to have the pub on property so the girls could sneak away for a quick lunch while the kiddos played with their Dad and Grandpa. Will definitely be returning to this hidden gem and see many future memories made here. Thank you Ruby and your staff for making our stay wonderful.
