The staff provided excellent service and provided us a room on a high floor away from the elevator, per our requests. Breakfast was good and the hotel and room were very clean.

Reviewed By TheIzzakaiWe had a smoke free room, but there was a cigarette butt on the vanity. The smoke alarm was cut out of the ceiling and stuffed in the dresser. We were supposed to have a sofa but only has a chair and ottoman. Also, we only had one chair at the table. I had to sit on the luggage rack. That did help us with our laundry. They said the laundry facility was out of order, but for $30 or $40 depending on the amount of laundry they'd do it for us. They laundry that was put on in the dryer was still damp and they asked for additional money. I'm just not happy with this place.

Reviewed By jodat2014We frequently stay at one of the Comfort Inn family of hotels and have rarely been disappointed with staff. There may be other small quirks to a visit but staff have always been pleasant. Not the case here. We chose not to make a reservation because we weren’t sure just how far we felt like driving. We reached Paul’s Valley, saw the sign, and drove in. I had checked online for pricing at Comfort’s site and saw prices in the $80 range. When I arrived the woman quoted 97. I said Choice site quoted differently and she said that was only online. I sat in the lobby and made a reservation at the choice site while the woman watched. Got to the room which was clean and comfortable though a floor lamp trapped behind a couch was not plugged in and we didn’t want to move the furniture to fix it. We decided the desk lamp would do for the night. The pool was well kept and clean. The property in general seemed well maintained. BUT, the plumbing. The toilet was running slow but in the morning it was obviously clogged at a very necessary time. I called the front desk and asked for someone to send up a plunger. The woman’s response was that I could come down and get one from the front desk. Not, “I’m sorry for you inconvenience I’ll get one up as soon as possible” but come and get it. I said are you kidding me, I’m in my pajamas! She attacked me telling me she didn’t appreciate my attitude. Okay, this should have been a simple problem requiring a simple sorry about this and we will fix it as soon as possible but this woman tells me I will send one up but I don’t appreciate your attitude. I could not believe it! This was the most deplorable customer interaction I have ever experienced anywhere! One was sent up and that was all that was needed but this woman turned what should have been just a fairly routine request into an unforgettable and unfortunate anecdote. Note the word “anecdote” because I will tell others about this.

There were no problems with noise in the building or from traffic outside. I was offered a late check out time, which was needed. I felt safe and rested well.

BEWARE!!!!! Holiday Inn Paul’s Valley, OK
Reviewed By tripzrfunBeware when making a reservation that they can and will call you the day of your reservation and tell you that “unfortunately they have over booked and will help you find a hotel comparable.” We had reservations for May 13,2022 staying one night. I called the Hotel that morning of May 13th to see if we could check in early she said she would call me if they had a room clean. I get a call 20 min before check in that we didn’t have a room there. Called IHG customer care and they put me on hold and transferred the call several times then would just disconnect the phone. Finally man said I reassure you they are going to get you into another hotel and shoulder the cost of the mistake. When we get to Holiday Inn they give us a confirmation number to another place. We went over to check in it’s a MOTEL a shady motel nothing compared to what we had booked. SHAMEFUL!!!! I am a rewards member and have used Holiday in several times with no complaints. Luckily we went to Hampton Inn and the experience was great. Forgo Holiday Inn and stay where a reservation is honored.

Reviewed By Debrah EBooked a suite for myself and my two teenage sons for Spring Break. Plenty of room for all of us. Suite came with a microwave and mini fridge. Was super happy about the full breakfast and very pleased with the fitness center.

Reviewed By Oscar OAnother good place to stay. Definitely a working mans hotel. Don't let the looks fool you. Even though the parking lot fills up with big trucks it is surprisingly quiet. Nice mix of pillows. No semi parking. A little to far to walk to a restaurant or convenience store.

We put her in the hotel to keep her safe until we arrived to get her . The Owner/Manager began knocking on her door at 9am reminding her check out was at 11am . She asked to stay through another day, and was told the hotel was booked . I called immediately , and was told there were rooms available. He came back at 10:45 and told her to leave . She was told to sit on the corner with her belongings in 100+ heat and wait . She asked for a cup of water , and was told no . She asked to sit in the shade , and has told no ! Who does this to another Human Being ? My daughter was alone, quiet , and tired . We paid for her room, and would continue to pay until we reached her . I'm appalled that anyone in the Hospitality Industry would do this to anyone . I wish I could give negative stars , but that's not an option on this site .
