Reviewed By JennZ999I am from the Midwest and appreciate midwestern hospitality. This was not what I got at the front desk, which surprised me. We got into our enormous room that looked very nice until you got up close and realized how filthy it was. I ran my finger over the desk in the room and it was dusty. In the sunlight, it was clear the leather chairs had not been wiped down in decades. They were gross. When we asked for a different room that was not dirty the front desk staff was rude, so we just left and went to the Holiday Inn Express.

FALSE ADVERTISING !!
Reviewed By FruiLeeI got to the hotel location which didn’t look anything like the pictures shown online. I went to the front desk and the lady was very rude and didn’t help us in a friendly way. We went to the room and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. The floor looked as if it wasn’t vacuumed in weeks, bathroom was horrible and out dated, and the bed sheets were stained with yellow and what looked like blood. As we left to the return to the lobby to get a refund there was a mouse that ran right in front of my feet. Very very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this hotel!

I don’t even know where to start
Reviewed By 184tjlFirst off the pictures they advertised isn’t what my bath room or my room looked like the capers is the same color but that’s about it. Secondly they advertise WiFi but it doesn’t work for my lab top of my PS4 counsel and barely works for my phone. Thirdly the again they advertise breakfest in the mornings but is not the case it’s oatmeal or and coffee or nothing at all. My biggest problem with these things isn’t that they don’t have but they advertise like it’s worth it well bottom line is don’t advertise thing to make people believe they are better than they really are because after this I will be sure that they never get my company’s business again. Telling have the truth is still a lie. I’m very disappointed in my stay here and I will definitely not be back in by tomorrow I will be checked out and moved to the holiday day inn next door.

Reviewed By JennZ999Clean, nice breakfast. You know what your gonna get. Work out room was super clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good. Bacon and eggs were good. They also have a pancake machine. Pool was nice. Bathtubs were great. I took a bath everyday.
