Reviewed By A6005EJchristinemAlthough I wasn't there long enough to see the rest of the venue or enjoy their meals, the room was beautifully styled, clean, fresh and smelt amazing! Bed super comfy. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking easily accessed from the highway.

Reviewed By sandra dthe room was fine, the pool was not ( full of unknown stuff and green on the bottom ). it was close to the IGA and tavern if you wished to get on and off the major highway numerous times. i wouldn't stay here again

Reviewed By luciaphilI stayed at Gatton Motel last Saturday night. The room was spacious ( Room 18) and clean, and the bed was super-comfortable. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. My only complaint was that I filled out the breakfast menu and dropped it into the box at Reception before 0700 pm, but I never received my breakfast the next morning, and had to go to McDonalds for breakfast, as nothing else was open! Wi fi was good and free. The old air-conditioner was very noisy.

Fantastic Wedding Venue
Reviewed By colr736Spectacular venue and everything was great. Including the in site accommodation catering outlook and music. Been to many weddings and checked out lots of venues. This is up there with the best. Site is a natural amphitheater with ceremony overlooking the dam (normally huge, but in this endless drought, now a bit low tide) and the reception site above. Unseasonably cold when we were there, but they set up excellent outdoor gas heaters which really blew out some warmth. Hard to heat the entire great outdoors but they gave it a good shot. Our family booked out the entire place which covered both families and bridal party. The rest of us (which was a lot of people) were dispersed across the small local towns in the area, most under 15 minutes by car or taxi.

Each tent is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, private ensuite with a claw foot bath, breath-taking views, luxury linen and fluffy robes, a mini bar, BBQ, day bed and rejuvenating natural surrounds.

Reviewed By Sandy RThe owners have clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to make the luxury tents comfortable. The bed is great, the bath is fabulous. The staff are friendly and courteous. The problem is the freight trains kept me up all night. The trucks thundering past don’t help either. Not much of an escape. Very hard from my elderly mother to navigate at night. Pity, it had great potential and we loved the tent and the view.

Old, Budget Motel ; Handy to Toowoomba at half the Price of Toowoomba hotels. The Outdoor Salt Water pool was very Good . Book a Queen Spa Room . breakfast is Very Good Delivered to Your Room . Rooms are Comfortable ,Quiet. We Really Enjoy the Mineral Spa and then Rest and Cool down on top of Comfortable Large Bed. Byo Bottle of Wine to Enjoy after Hot Spa tub. Good Service , Book over Phone is Best . Friendly Staff ,Helpful if Asked . Yes it is an Old Motel at a Budget Price , But Close to Toowoomba and Handy Base if Visiting Willowbank Raceway , Drag Racing or the V8 supercars . Was 2 degrees c Outside ,But Very Warm in Room with Strip Heaters and Electric Blankets which we did not Need in Bed , actually became Hot in Bed. At 75 years of Age My Body Pains Diminish after 2 Nights Hot Tub Mineral Spa in Room and the Comfortable Large Bed. and Country Air . We Plan to Use that Hot Mineral Spa again next year and visit Willowbank . Car Parking at Your Door , Country atmosphere and Quiet in Room at Back ,Close the Bathroom and Toilet Windows when Sleeping as Noise Travels from Highway at Night . Toiletries , Fresh Linen , Towels Supplied and Bed Clean .Micowave in Room. Small refrigerator and fresh Milk ,Tea,Coffee. Breakfast is Country Style Great. There is a Country Pub with Wholesome Meals only 7 minutes away on highway towards Toowoomba , just ask Motel Reception . Motel restaurant was Closed . We travelledaround 35 kilometers to Toowoomba PiC Nic Point Restaurant and Lookout for a Day Trip. Always Enjoyed this Budget Motel and even Drove 10 minutes to Dine in Gatton at Night lots of Dinning Venues too.
