Reviewed By johnnyg503Nice HI Express. It’s new, clean and well taken care of. Provides typical HI Express breakfast and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I want to especially point out that the person in charge of breakfast was super lively, friendly and totally went the extra mile to ensure everyone was taken care of. She was extremely respectful in the way she handled stragglers as she attempted to close the breakfast area. So refreshing to see her so happy dealing with people instead of how most attendants are other hotels, including HI Express’. I didn’t get her name, but management will know…please congratulate her and treat her well. Great employees are hard to come by.

Reviewed By Barbara PNewly renovated - don’t be deceived Their idea and mine on renovated isn’t the same. Good thing the guests were quiet or it’d been very loud. As everywhere they are short staffed but the front desk staff tried really hard.

But there was a sock in my room, broken wall trim, floor not vacuumed, and the tv was missing from the wall. Plus I had no towels or toilet paper in the room. The entire place was so beyond sketchy that I had to sleep with my gun.

Reviewed By L799OWlorisWe have stayed at this hotel every year as we go to Wild Adventures. We had booked a reservation for August 6 -8 through Expedia. When we walked into the room, it smelled like mildew. The carpet was sticky and the refrigerator had mold in it. I called the front office and complained. They told me to call Expedia to get a refund, but only a virtual computer voice came on and was unable talk to a human, I called the front desk and complained again. She called back a few minutes later and said they only had one room available, if we wanted it, Luckily it was next door. The room was a lot better; however, before we left the bad room, i saw bites on my grandson's leg. It steadily got worse and now my granddaughter has them on her legs and stomach. This will be the last time we will ever stay here.

Reviewed By Passenger268804You get what you pay for. No volume on TV. No working wifi. Freezer had 5 lbs of ice on it. Box springs didnt fit mattress. Toilet paper holder falling from wall. No Kleenex in holder. On the good side people were friendly and nice bathroom layout.
